My ‘everyday’ crew has started pilling after literally 2 wearings. I emailed customer service and they said this is normal. I love the style and color ( which is why I purchased the sweater in the first place), but I think this is really poorly made. Sorry, don’t waste your money.

My wife ordered 3 of the exact same items within 30 minutes of each order due to a memory disorder. Tried to return all 3 items without a restocking fee on the basis of this situation and Customer Service essentially said, "too bad", and gave me no relief due to her disease and charged me a restocking fee of $43.50 to send back these items. Total lack of empathy for our unfortunate situation, especially during this holiday season and when the website proclaims Free Returns--well it's not Free Returns if they charge a restocking fee of $14.50 per item. Shame on Pura Cashmere for having no heart, especially when its website spouts all kinds of words from its founders doing the right thing for the environment as well as charities they support involving hungry children--what about doing the right thing for a disease inflicting more than 6 million American today--show some compassion for these people--SHAME ON Maria K, the founder and Owner. Don't buy from these folks--too many other, high quality women's clothing on line stores who show compassion and empathy to its buyers. STAY AWAY from PURA CASHMERE.

We understand your frustration, however this is not the first time she has done this. In October of this year she made several purchases which we went out of our way to intercept and cancel and we ate the cost of those orders because someone reached out to us and told us the circumstances. A chargeback was opened on that order as well which cost us an additional fee which we absorbed without complaint. This is the second time this has happened for a total of 9 orders. This completely separate incident shipped. We have lost 100's of dollars in shipping and return shipping. To say we don't empathize with your situation is disingenuous at best. We are still eating the shipping to and from your home as we have multiple times in the past. We are just not waiving our restocking fee on 3 items this time. We truly do understand the situation and we are taking additional steps. We are creating a script that will flag any order from her and automatically cancel it. However, it will still cost us credit card processing fees, which we will have to eat because there is no other way for us to stop her. I am assuming other vendors are incurring similar costs and I wouldn't presume to know your pain but I suggest you please take steps on your end to prevent this from happening again for everyone's sake. I ordered 3 sweaters and received 2.. I was charged for 3 I have called and emailed and have not heard from anyone. I am frustrated and would appreciate some customer service .

Hi Kim, Thanks for your review. We appreciate any feedback. International shipments typically take 5 to 10 business days but can take longer due to having to clear customs and the USPS. I have seen movement on your shipment and it is in Canada and moving
I have not received my purchase. The update is that the delivery is late with no details.
