“The design of the sweather is very unique - love it. The weight of the sweater is great - just the right balance. However the sweather pills - like a lot. I contacted Pura and was told that they do not subject the cashmere to additives so pilling is to be expected. Unfortunately, this is just way too much pilling for me.”

“Mine came today. This is not a cashmere sweater. The composition as per the very small print on a translucent tag (need a magnifying glass to read it) is 33% viscose, 23% recycled nylon, 20% cotton, 20% merino and a mere 4 PER CENT CASHMERE. Way to go with branding as PURA cashmere which rather implies a higher percentage if not 100% cashmere... The colour I ordered (midnight) is completely misrepresented on the website and looks more like the starlight depiction. I am glad that I bought this at a discounted price. As it is, that price is too much given the fiber composition. Also, i ordered the next size up based on the stipulated measurements and I'm glad I did or else it would have been a snug fit and not at all the roomy version showed in pics on the website. On the plus side: delivery was quick. But overall not impressed.”

“I am 5’7”, 135 lbs. The sweater was very soft, however, it did not match the fit displayed online. The length was way too long even with a size small, which is not what is shown in the model. Sadly, I will most likely be returning this item.”

“The cashmere sweater was all out of proportion, possibly skimping on materials was why. I sent it back but it cost me $$ to do so from overseas and the refund was substantially less because they take off various charges. They never acknowledged receipt of the return nor did they advise of the refund. All in all a very costly exercise and one I will never repeat. Lots of positive marketing but little substance in their actual service- very disappointing.”

“The 2 sweaters Ali ordered are lovely but I ended up paying $200 in duty to bring them into Canada. The extra charge negated any sale price I got. I’ve learned my lesson not to buy anything through a FB link.”

“Unfortunately I will return both items. Loved the colors, but it’s scratchy and the fit is very poor. I wear mostly cashmere in all price ranges and yours lacked the softness I expect in a cashmere garment. Hope you’ll improve your product.”
