I love the products overall…but the recent cashmere zip up has a problem with the zipper and after only 3 wears it’s broken. I’m trying to return and exchange it but am getting some push back as I no longer have the tags. Other than that the things I’ve purchased have been high quality.

Stellar products! Great fit too. If this is a new company, work needs to happen to improve systems and trained staff: 1. Online ordering to prevent overselling; 2. Quality control so that faulty product has to be pulled with no replacement for over a month; 3. Do no keep asking customers like me how you did because you should all know my name by now after weeks and weeks of delays and promises... You know how you did! 4. Be up front with your customer, so they don't feel they've been told less than the truth. 5. Reply to emails quickly and where there is a bad error, appoint a customer champion to ensure you follow through.6. Investigate shipping options so product isn't stalled at the border customs so charges can be levied.. in my case $40. Cdn. I have recommended DHL International as they process all customs charges online while product is in transit. Above all else, remember your customer gave you their money up front and are entitled to the best treatment. Your products are superior and so too should the service be. You should not be sending customers this info request as a system generated communication. My extra long wait with such confusion deserves better than that. Brenda, We appreciate your feedback. After taking a looking into your experience we apologize for the confusion and delays. Unfortunately you tried us as we were moving to new offices and a new warehouse and integrating a new shipping system. Our goals was to do these changes during our slowest time of the year to inconvenience as few of our customers as possible. We especially had difficulty getting our international shipping systems working correctly. Our goal was to have all the kinks worked out by Mid August and we believe we are now providing faster more reliable shipping options for our customers especially internationally since we now included a DDP option so no border delays and you can see total cost at check out. One of our management team will be reaching out to you as well.
The sweater I purchased is perfect! My issue was with lack of communication from customer service. I placed my order on July 26 and did not receive it until mid-August. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that they were moving into a new warehouse, this the delay. I would have appreciated having them reach out when they knew there were going to be delays in shipping out orders. As a result, I am very hesitant to purchase additional items .

Michelle, We apologize for the delay. We switched to our new warehouse the day after your order was placed and unfortunately the transition had its bumps. We apologize that you got caught up in that transition. One of the reasons we switched was we wanted a faster and more accurate fulfillment service. We now have everything working smoothly and our fulfillment times are same-day on orders placed before 1 pm and the next day if placed after as long as they are not pre-orders. Ship times are 2 to 4 days on average now and we hope that you would give us another try especially if you liked the sweater.

I ordered two day shipping, they shipped it a day later but said it would get there overnight but then it didn’t get there overnight. Probably was good when It finally arrived late

your sweaters run smaller than Eileen Fisher. It is not too tight but it is not perfect. It is a beautiful color and feels good so I’m not sending it back but it is not ideal.

The End of Season Deals is our clearance area. Normally every item in the store is returnable but for items that we have discounted so heavily, we are just moving inventory for the new season. We mark on the product page description in bold if it is a final sale item. If there is ever a question do not hesitate to ask
