“Many apologies for my delayed feedback. I had hidden the package until wrapping time! I purchased two of your stunning products for my 13 year old daughter who simply adores the Basil & Orange scent. I opened the package today to find not one, but two wee extras. I cannot thank you enough! Very thoughtful. She is going to be absolutely thrilled. I truly mean that. Beautifully wrapped. Arrived very quickly and wonderful customer care before purchasing. “We love Pure Lakes products. Their hand-wash is a favourite with us now, and we've bought sets with handcream as Christmas presents too. A great product, too, is the hand sanitiser! A gorgeous fresh fragrance, and it has a nice drying feel, not at all slimy. Our orders have been processed quickly and come carefully packed using recyclable materials. We're very happy with everything we've had and will continue to use them. Highly recommended.”

“I discovered Pure Lakes products after popping into The Bridge Inn at Buttermere, they use them in the washrooms, I could still smell the hand lotion later that day and had to have some so I rang them to ask where I could buy it from!! It’s so fresh and clean smelling I love it. I also love that you can order without the packaging which is so much better for the environment (you only discard it as soon as it arrives and it’s so wasteful) You can also get them refilled, again protecting the beautiful place we live in. Buy these products, you will love them!!!”
