“A recent purchase wasn't the same as previous purchases due to ingredient variety (to my understanding). I was really disappointed as I like using this company as most of their products are vegan, eco responsible and local. I got in touch and Gareth was very helpful and keen to help me find something more suitable. Excellent customer service.”

“Saw the company on the programme about Tebay services and liked the thinking behind it. Nice simple packaging and that you can return containers for a refill. Not sure how eco friendly that is really when you clock up the 230 ish miles each way of transport it takes to deliver empties back & send out again from where I live. If I lived in the area and could collect it would be an ideal scenario. I wish you every success as it's a lovely idea and overall nice products.”

“The smell and feel of the cream is awesome, really am impressed with the anti bac but struggle with the bottle to get it out, as it’s really hard to squeeze for me. That’s the only reason it’s four stars and not five.”

“I discovered your products whilst visiting the Lake District in 2020 & instantly fell in love with the Lemongrass & Grapefruit hand wash. This inspired me to look at other products and have since purchased both of your hydrating face creams. I bought both products as your website stipulated both were suitable for normal to dry skin however upon receipt the packaging stated the Geranium & Lavender one was for normal skin, had I known this I wouldn’t have purchased it.”

“There was confusion with my order. It didn't arrive and when I contacted them they were waiting for the return of my containers to refill, but it was my first order so had nothing to refill. The error was rectified immediately and my order arrived two days later. The hand gel is gorgeous, smells divine and does not dry out my hands. Will definitely use the refill service in the future.”

“Love the products. Delicious smells and the exfoliator is a breeze to use. Some leaflets or information on product use and application would be good such as recommendations for skin types other wise I would say a five star revue.”
