“I have bought products from them before. The fragrance of lavender and chamomile is my favourite and endures for over a day. The ordering online is easy and quick to do. It arrived 3 days later and well packaged. The communication is thorough. A good company to do business with.”

“Delightful products and honestly made in Cumbria. I came across you whilst staying at Far Sawley although I had bought your products before it was a treat to see exactly where they are made. I bought several products recently as birthday presents for good friends. I don't buy them for myself as my son stocks me up birthdays and Christmas!”

“Wanted to simplify my facial routine, I've always used more natural products but found that my skin still felt like it needed a drink! Bought the soap free cleanser,neroli rosehip facial oil and neroli hydration cream and my goodness what a difference it has made my skin feels hydrated...even first thing in the morning! Also love that the products are made in my most favourite place in the world ....Well done Pure Lakes👱‍♀️❤️”

“I bought a small bottle of your hand lotion for my friend who sadly has just been diagnosed with cancer. It’s her birthday today so I gave her the full sized grapefruit hand wash and basil and orange hand and body lotion which she loves. The lotion rubs into the skin so well and leaves the skin feeling cared for but the smells certainly lift the spirits…. (she says) … and I’ve got to agree. Amazing products!”

“I ordered the face wash, having bought some on a visit to the lakes in The summer of 24. It's beautiful and I love the soft skin and clean feel it leaves on my skin. I will obviously be ordering more when this one has gone, but it does last a long time as you do not need to use too much Just as a note when I ordered I mentioned that a Christmas gift shower gel had not had the top on properly and had leaked .... it was just for info. To ensure it didn't happen to others. I was delighted when my face wash arrived to find a lovely complimentary lip balm in the package as an apology. It was not necessary but what excellent customer service thank you so much”
