“Someone gave me a couple of your products for Mother's Day and I was so impressed with them that I have bought some for my granddaughter after she gave birth to her first baby and our great granddaughter! Would recommend them to anyone and the customer service was excellent.long may you continue!”

“We came across Pure Lakes products (shampoo, conditioner, handwash) at a cottage we were staying at near Staveley and were quite taken with them so much so that we ordered some sweet basil and orange on line. The service was excellent and we were able to pick the order up from the factory the next day - no hassle. Will buy more in the future.”

“I trust in Pure Lakes products and have been using them for some years now. My skin has benefited so much from them, being so natural and safe with no nasty ingredients which is extremely important to me. I would say though, there was a plastic seal around the top of a product in my last order which took me nearly 15 mins to 'pick off' even with glasses on and small scissors which was very annoying and surely unnecessary. Would be pleased not to have to do that again! But otherwise genuinely lovely products 😊”

“First come across the hand soap and moisturiser is dobson and parnell (a Newcastle restaurant). The lavender and chamomile smells amazing. Had a query with an order which was dealt with in very quick time and with great care. Amazing products and attention to detail. Highly recommended.”

“I have just purchased a selection of hydration creams to try. I have very sensitive skin but these are gentle, really do hydrate and smell divine. The geranium,lavender and ylang ylang is a perfect, light, day cream and the Neroli,rosehip and frankincense a luscious night cream . I’m delighted to have discovered Pure Lakes !”

“I suffered from a form of eczema on my hands and tried everything. The dry skin balm (Shea butter, beeswax & candula) fixed it almost immediately. Recently one of the staff in our local co-op was suffering from very sore hands due to the continuous wiping down of surfaces and baskets. He was using alI sorts of creams to try and help it. I gave him some of my dry skin balm and he was amazed the difference it made.”
