“Have used about 1 week - due to the small size fitting was not good on first try but I was able to reheat on the second day of use and it is doing better now. I found the PureSleep to be a little on the small side during fitting - wish it was a little wider and deeper. My wife reports snoring has reduced in volume and frequency over the past week of use.”

“So far so good! Snoring reduced. Spouse is sleeping better! I am a teeth grinder, so this helps protect as well, although I might need to loosen it up a little more so it is not so tight on my gums. My only nitpick is that when shaped, the device does not quite fit in the case. The case needs to be a bit bigger.”

“Unfortunately I was unable to get the device to work for me, but I have to say Pure Sleep is a very good company, offering refund when it doesn’t work and their support people were extremely responsive and quick to answer my questions. Good company!”

“A little painful to use at the beginning, but much less so about a week later. Very uncomfortable at first, then just minor discomfort after a week. It's still uncomfortable but better than my spouse kicking all night to stop the snoring. It is effective in stopping the snoring.”

“The only issue I had is that it is too big for my mouth. I had to sand the top with a dremel because it wouldn’t fit in my mouth, but after that when it fit it works well.”

“I have used PureSleep for years. Originally I was not aware of snoring but it bothered my wife so I tried PureSleep, and my wife said the difference was amazing. It did not totally eliminate my snoring, but cut back on the volume and obnoxious snorting. Then I got Invisalign orthodontic treatment and tried putting PureSleep over my retainers which I have to wear at night. Due to the retainers, I cannot get as tight a fit with PureSleep as I could directly on my teeth, and it occasionally slips off. However, although it does not work as well as it did without my retainers, it is still helpful and has saved me from having to sleep out in the doghouse.”

“The device has served me well with sleep straight through the night. Would definitely recommend. I found I was getting up in the middle of the night to pee which I attributed to old age. Turns out I my snoring was waking me up which in turn prompted the body to go to the bathroom. Now I get 5-6 hrs of thru sleep .”

“I like the Pure Sleep device over the other devices Ive tried because its not irritating to my gums, it doesnt cup saliva like other devices; causing drooling and its much easier to clean. I would like to see the trays extended and slightly widened, but other than that, its highly effective and reasonably priced; especially compared to a cpap machine like I used before.”

“I have the snore lab app. Without PureSleep my "snore score" was 44. Think of it like snoring 44% of the night. With PureSleep the next night it went down to 19!”
