“We entered the showroom and were met by a very helpful young man , James , we had a idea as what we wanted , so took on board recommended products that were suitable for our requirements and dismissed any not , From start to actually laying the flooring , James bent over backwards to accommodate our dates , storage etc as we were working around tradesmen finishing off before flooring could be finished and we were never pressured into anything , prices were very competitive if not better than other outlets, although the total cost was expensive due to number off rooms done , we came away very happy and pleased with the tradesmens fitting skills , And a big big thanks to the sales man James for his patience , knowledge , for making a seem less process”

“My builder urgently needed bathroom vinyl. Other suppliers quoted 7-10++ days lead times. Bradley was incredibly heplful and Pyramid had a huge range and also the clout with their supplier to get it the following day. Excellent. Very pleased.”

“Contacted Bradley at Woodseats shop with details of carpet I wished to order. I then requested that carpet had to measure 10ftx10ft and smaller piece 6ftx2ft. Within a week I was informed that carpet had arrived and same day Bradley cut carpet and it was sent to be bound. Two days later I had received carpets and they look brilliant. What a first class service from start to finish- customer service second to none. A definate ten out of ten and full marks to Bradley- brilliant.”

“Excellent service from stepping in the store to the ordering , the measuring team coming out and especially to the fitting team who did an outstanding job…at all times the people in this firm were professional, efficient friendly and polite ..and every appointment made was kept! Would highly recommend! And love the carpet!”

“From my first WhatsApp to Pyramid Carpets, they called back within the hour arranged to measure my rooms. I already knew what carpets and Amtico I wanted and they arranged a very swift quotation. I had to delay several times due to build work not being finished but it was never too much effort. Installation was very smooth and I am pleased with the results. I would thoroughtly recommend Pyramid. Thank you Joe, Ed and Steve and of course Ian and the fitters :-)”

“We received a fantastic sales service when we called into Pyramid carpets. No pushy sales talk, good quality carpets at affordable prices and was given a fitting date to suit us excellent service!! The carpet fitter Richard and his colleague were brilliant, very professional and polite. Couldn’t do enough and was quick at fitting 2 bedrooms stairs , hall and landing. Over the moon with how they fitted our carpets, tricky areas looked amazing. We highly recommend their work. A massive thank you to Pyramid for a fantastic job!! Well done!!!”

“What a great company to deal with. Advice was excellent, acommodated all our requirements, and the price quoted included everything. The fitters turned up on time and they fitted our carpets and laminate wood floor quickly and without fuss. A truly professional company and we would recommend them to anyone! Thank you... “Just want to thank Mark for helping to arrange the flooring for the house in such a short space of time! And special thanks to Dean who fitted the carpets on Saturday. The amount of skills and workmanship deserved commending! Dean tackled a very difficult staircase amongst other rooms. But the staircase was by far the most challenging! Dean somehow managed to carpet the staircase to beyond expectation and transformed the room in return! Absolutely amazing workmanship! Thank you!”

“We want to thank Pyramid Carpets for helping us decide on the carpeting needed for our lounge & dining area 👌we are so pleased with what we chose in the end & at a price we could afford with the quality included. Bradley was so kind & patient with us & nothing was to much trouble for him. We even had such a lovely carpet fitter that was a perfectionist at his trade. “Great team who sorted out the fitting of our kitchen floor and adjoining carpet. Special thanks to Mark who managed to arrange it all for us at a difficult time and to Julian who did an excellent job fitting the kitchen floor and Dean who did an excellent job fitting the carpet. Our new extension really looks great with all the flooring in now.”
