“Beautiful well made jewelry! And the customer service at Pyrrha is exceptional. The piece my daughter fell in love with wasn’t available at a local Pyrrha retailer and I wanted it in time for her 18th birthday - so after I ordered online, I emailed to see if I could get expedited shipping on the order. I got a personal and thoughtful response right away from Stefani who helped me with the expedited shipping charge and made sure the talisman would arrive on time. It arrived - wrapped beautifully and with a hand written note from Stefani - the very next day after it was shipped! I was thrilled and my daughter was thoroughly surprised and SO happy with her new jewelry. I’ve given Pyrrha as a gift before - this was my first online order - a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Pyrrha again!”

“Amazing product! My daughters LOVE their talismans. And Stef was amazing at helping me replace my daughter's talisman that had been discontinued, but she worked with the designer, and found a usable mold, and was able to produce a replacement for me to give to my daughter. Stef allowed me to maintain super-dad status and I'm grateful. I tell everyone about Pyrrha!”

“Superb customer service. My son lost the Pyrrha necklace I got him for his 18th birthday and I wanted to replace it as a surprise for Christmas. The style had been moved to archive but they graciously agreed to get the mold out and make me a new one that arrived very quickly and exactly when they said it would. Everything was prompt, professional and courteous and a beautiful, quality product!”
