“QI Macros is my Go-To statistical software program and more! I really like the Lean Six Sigma tools as well as the data analysis capabilities of the histograms, pareto and control charts. I could not justify spending tens of thousands of dollars on other statistical software knowing QI Macros can do the same for far less! JUST GET IT!!”

“I have used QI Macros for years. I love it and I’ve actually used it mostly to teach six sigma. I love how the data is represented. The wizard is fabulous when I get new data sets to drill down to figure out what questions I’m really trying to answer. It’s really a wonderful program. Finally bought a license! Thank you. (My former organization used ChartRunner).”

“Thanks for the fast service! Inside a large corporation, there are sometimes roadblocks that make upgrading or installing software challenging. It took a bit to get the upgrade to work right, but the Support Desk at KnowWare Inc. did a spectacular job of working with our IT Department to delete the old package and install the new one. “I have used QI Macros since about 2009. It started with a free CD that Jay gave me at NAHQ. Once I used it, I always had my employer purchase it for me and install it. There have been times when my computer crashed and my employer sends me a new computer. The QI Macros staff has always helped our IT staff to get a new download link. When IT ran into problems with installation, the staff provided assistance.”

“You guys did great. I started the push for Oregon DHS to approve QI Macros five years ago and was denied over and over again (no reason given). Did my best Andy Dufresne/Shawshank Redemption and kept hammering away at the powers that be, and finally got the procurement through. Easy peasy on your end...act of God getting it through IT and Procurement. Oh well, I guess I can get to work now!”

“I especially liked the software layout that used its test data to validate the software was installed and working correctly instead of the user having to run data manually and presuming the software was installed correctly. As I have other Excel add-ins, I was also particularly pleased it installed seamlessly in Excel and did not cause other Excel add-ons to crash or stop working altogether.”
