“I rate the products and the customer service from QNL a solid five stars. The only reason I am rating the company four stars at this time is because they recently changed the way that quantity discounts are calculated. Specifically, in order to routinely get the best quantity discount, customers now need to order nine bottles of a product. Therefore, it behooves customers to save money by trying to schedule their buying around holiday sales and the annual July sale - and we remain extremely grateful for these product sales-but it is now more of a challenge for the customers to get the best value for their money.”

“I have come to trust the efficacy and the quality of your components in your supplements, having been a customer for over a decade, but I’m always a little bit uncomfortable with your pricing. It seems excessive.
I think it’s weird that you don’t fill up a bottle of capsules, but charge a high price for only 60 capsules, which don’t last more than 30 days if the recommended dosage is “take two per day.” Even worse, if the dosage is three per day, then the supply in the small bottle only lasts 20 days; for example, one product called CircuZyme.
I understand the superior quality of your products, at least I trust what you claim, and that’s probably why you justify your high prices.
I wish you would provide more discounts and special deals more often, to your loyal customer base.”

I emailed customer service and they sent me the date the delivery was made somewhere. I emailed again and did not receive a response, so I can no longer trust QNL to deliver what I pay for. “Decent products but a shipping nightmare. No one can decide whether a signature is required for delivery - FedEx says no, but then won’t deliver because they say the shipper needs a signature. Not a FedEx issue when it’s happened for both shipments - both of which were delayed.”
