“I am very disappointed in your service representatives. I ordered an item and was sent a different item I didn't order. When a spoke with your rep she said she would look into it and let me know if she could send the correct product. Sometime later I received an email stating replacement denied. Stating not QNLabs fault, but didn't explain what that meant. I was very disappointed in the way you handled that situation and am considering not ordering from your company anymore.”
