Both times I was told I would be contacted shortly. I have had no call back or email giving me the refund information. I'm very dissapointed in the poor slow response. “The quality and purity of Quantum Nutrition Labs supplements are fantastic! I have been using various supplements for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier. It is difficult to find quality supplements and Quantum Nutrition Labs never disappoints. The reason I am giving QNL 4 out of 5 stars is that at times, some of the previous supplements I would regularly order become discontinued. I am not sure what the reasons for this might be, i.e quality control, less customer demand...etc. A few items I miss are the progesterone cream, Quantum Tooth and Gum Support, and a product that used to be called Gold 360. This is my only complaint. I have not found a cleaner, pure, high-quality source of supplements than QNL.”

I was getting side effects from another brand in sublingual form of B12 that I was taking so I switched to Quantum Nutritional Labs brand after my daughter recommended it. I am very happy with the results my B12 has gone up after confirming it with lab work and I definitely have more energy without any side effects. The delivery and packaging was awesome and quick and they package the bottle of B12 in bubble pack so it doesn't get broken or destroyed during the delivery process. I highly recommend this brand of Vitamin B12 because it is the purest form of Methylcobalamin without the side effects!”
