“I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I had an awesome experience over that time but my last order was not delivered to me. I emailed customer service and they sent me the date the delivery was made somewhere. I emailed again and did not receive a response, so I can no longer trust QNL to deliver what I pay for. I've since found an alternative for my supplements and I hope QNL improves their customer service so they won't lose long time happy customers in the future.”

“Decent products but a shipping nightmare. No one can decide whether a signature is required for delivery - FedEx says no, but then won’t deliver because they say the shipper needs a signature. Not a FedEx issue when it’s happened for both shipments - both of which were delayed.”
