“Since you have asked for my feedback, I have said this before, so I will say it again. I am 72 years old. I will be on Digest, HCl and Activator for the rest of my life, yes? I know I it is a "Yes.". So, please make these products in larger containers. I go through a 60 capsule container of Digest very, very quickly. Please continue to offer the 60 capsule size. Please offer me a 120 to 150 size. It will save A LOT of plastic from getting into the environment!”

“I was a listener of Dr Marshal for more than 20 years & coincidentally ended up moving to RR, TX. I was happy to know that QNL was a local business & I actually met Dr Marshall in the parking lot of the local supermarket, by chance—amazing man in all aspects. On the other hand, the QNL pricing has become excessive & coupons are rare. Nowadays, other online retailers have the same to very similar formulas for much less. Not every supplement assimilates with every individual, but the Zinc Liquid needs to be reformulated—it’s extremely metallic in taste and reaction, I can’t tolerate it whatsoever; waste of money for me. Max Energy Bs are good, but expensive—Bs need to be taken daily, so I can’t keep up with QNL Max Energy due to pricing. Also, some of the customer service, namely via online support are not friendly. Simple inquiries are answered in unfriendly, written tones & when you ask for details, the answers are blunt and unhelpful.”

One negative issue is your website. It is not user friendly at all. When I'm trying to add a product to my subscribe and save I can't believe the only way is to scroll through all the products page by page to find it.
