“Product great, wished parts were shipped next day, instead of waiting 3 days before leaving factory. Great company to work with.”

Hi Richard, thanks for the review. I am delighted you think we are a great company to work with. My records show the order was placed on the evening (UK time) of 12 Sept and dispatched on 14 Sept. The only reason it didn't leave the next day was due to the quantity on the order as we had to wait for a couple to land with us. We do apologize for this. We work hard to try and ensure everything leaves the next day or where possible the same day. Thanks again for the review and for your continued business, we really do appreciate it. Regards Simon

“Ordered and paid for Loctite 3491 (3491-25ml-loctite) which showed as "in-stock" but was in fact not in stock and on a terrible delivery time. At least refund was quick.”
