“I ordered personalized pocket knives and trivets. One of my knives didn't look quite like the others and another knife got lost in the mail. Qualtry replaced everything very easily. The personalization is of great quality. I'm very excited to gift my items. Thank you for your easy and great service. My only complaint would be that I bought them through groupon and had to order each of them separately and pay for the shipping of each one. But the groupon says that in the fine print, so I knew before I bought them. Still a great price for a great item.”

“The personalized sketch pad really looked good. quality paper, sturdy construction. The personalized pillow covers turned out better than anticipated. The pillow stuffing was a little funky and took a while to get it inserted correctly, but looks good”
