“My children and I had a great time touring the Galapagos islands on the Evolution. The crew members were all really professional and they made our 7 nights stay onboard feel so at home. Each meal was carefully planned by the chef and despite being on the boat, everything was really delicious and fresh. The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They were always patient with questions my kids had and would look out for them while on excursions and snorkeling trips. The whole experience was so special and even though we had no cellphone or Wifi connection for 8 days, my 4 kids didn't complain at all cause they were having so much fun and they kept us busy each day.”

“Amazing trip and great experience at Galapagos. All was pretty good and at the end of the day it was much over our expectation. Just small things could be better (for ex. We have tried to book a scubadive during the trip, but had no answer back), but nothing really important. Congratz Quasar Expedition.”

“This one the best travel experiences we’ve had in a long time! Diane was awesome to work with. All of our travel arrangements made through Quasar were executed with precision. Our trip was flawless with no unexpected hiccups ... perfect execution. The Galapagos tour aboard Quasars’ Evolution was fabulous thanks to the excellent and friendly staff on board as well as the tireless efforts of our wonderful local Naturalists, Bolo and Lulu. The food was terrific thanks in part to guest chief David. It as a trip of a lifetime. I would not hesitate using Quasar again. If you are thinking about touring the Galápagos Islands, Quasar is the way to go!”

“Our trip in May was amazing! Every logistical detail was communicated and executed perfectly. The trip to Antisana with guide Daniel was the beginning of wonder; new birds, including Condors, and animals of the Andes. Our itinerary in the Galapagos was busy and fun, so many birds, penguins, sharks, sea lions, rays, sunsets, landscapes and on and on. On the Evolution we were treated to delicious food, friendly staff and knowledgeable guides. We also went to Sacha Lodge in the Amazon Basin. Going from ocean desert to rainforest was a big change and also a wonderful experience. Here we experienced culture in addition to parrots, macaws, monkeys, caimans, butterflys and more. These trips were all booked through Quasar with the help of our wonderful travel managers. It was the trip of a lifetime and I want to go back!”

“Just returned from our Galapagos adventure on Quasar’s Evolution. The accommodations, food, crew and guides were all wonderful and made every effort to insure every guest was able to experience the wonders of the Galapagos. Our guides were raised in the islands and their enthusiasm, knowledge and pride was obvious.”

“SIMPLY FANTASTIC. EVERY DETAIL WAS PERFECTLY THOUGHT OUT FROM THE TIME WE LANDED IN QUITO UNTIL WE LEFT. THE M/S GRACE WAS MAGICAL, THE CREW VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR EVERY NEED AND REQUEST. DAILY OUTINGS PERFECT.”

“Visiting the Galápagos Islands had been at the top of my bucket list since studying evolution in high school. The best decision we ever made was to take this trip with Quasar on M/Y Grace. The entire experience surpassed anything I could have imagined. The Grace was a beautiful luxury yacht and the staff were of the highest standard catering for everything that would make this a trip of a lifetime. In charge of guest services was Deborah , I cannot rate her highly enough.you never had to ask twice for anything and she was absolutely lovely. Also , a special mention for our two naturalist guides, Rafael Pesantes (Rafa) and Franklin. Both were so knowledgeable and friendly . Rafa, our head guide I imagine is one of the top rated guides in The Galápagos. His knowledge of his home .. the islands themselves was incredible and he delivered this knowledge to us in a fun and highly articulate manner. I think we ‘struck gold’ with both these guides. If I had any criticism at all, it was only that maybe a second bar staff at pre-dinner drinks time might have helped. A trip of a lifetime made extraordinary by choosing Quasar. I intend to return and it will definitely be with Quasar again!”

“Our trip on the Grace exceeded all our expectations and was the trip of a lifetime. The crew were all wonderful and provided outstanding service. Daily briefings helped us prepare for each day’s adventures. I’ve never been so anxious to get up early, but as it often meant getting in outstanding snorkeling before breakfast, everyone was ready to go. I haven’t stopped talking about the trip and heartily recommend cruising with Quasar. Thank you for helping me check off the number one item on my bucket list.”

“This was an incredible, one in a lifetime experience. Galapagos is a special, special place. The nature is beautiful, diverse and unique and animals allow humans to enjoy them in such close proximity that it is hard to comprehend unless you see it with your own eyes. In addition to it our time on Grace was fantastic. From the crew professionalism, friendliness, flexibility and eagerness to accomodate, to the history and stylishness of the boat to the great food. It was an experience to never forget. Special thanks to great guides we had Rafa and Walter. The wealth of knowledge and their patience and willingness to show, explain and answer questions is greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond all expectations. Now one and only complaint. We wanted to purchase a Grace shirt for the memory, but it was not available. In fact there was no suvenirs to take home with Grace emblem”

“We LOVED our Galapagos cruise. From the friendly and accommodating crew, the lovely boat, the wonderful naturalists, Raffa and Sam, and fabulous wildlife and snorkeling, it truly was the trip of a lifetime for us. We were in awe!! We have already recommended Quasar to those who have asked about our trip and will not hesitate to continue to recommend this cruise in the future. Now we just need to check out other Quasar destinations!”

“Quasar exceeded its 5 star rating for every aspect of this trip. First, the M/Y Grace is elegance without formality with an amazing Captain and talented crew who made our trip extra special. Our two National Park Guides, Carolina and Walter, were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We really lucked out with the 15 fellow guests on our week who were a diversified and fun group of adventurers. Finally, my most treasured memories will be interactions with the abundance of wildlife the Galapagos is home to. Sea lions, sea turtles, hammerheads, reef sharks (even a whale shark!), marine/land iguanas, and many many species of birds to name a few far exceeded my wildest dreams. This one week on the M/Y Grace will be in my heart forever.”

“We have used Quasar for both a trip to the Galapagos Islands and Patagonia. Both were unequalled adventures with perfect guides, support and amenities. We could not be more appreciative of the phenomenal service, and Quasar far exceeded our already high expectations!!! We cannot see how you could do better if you are looking for a trip of a lifetime where you are looking to be traveling like an insider to the area, thus knowing all the little subtleties of travel that make the time exceptional and experiences fulfilling and unique. The amenities including food, housing and guidance could not have been better. We consider ourselves so very lucky for selecting Quasar to take us to these two fascinating areas of the world!!!”
