“Web site booking system not that user friendly. When booking made wasn't certain that the booking had been made as there was no automated reply acknowledging booking was completed. Had to telephone office to confirm that the booking had been received and booking confirmation was then provided.”

“The apartment had great views and location was well situated. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean, and the bathroom (pipes) smelt awful.”

We are sorry the cleaning standards were not up to scratch and will always address with cleaners directly any retraining necessary when brought to our attention as well as offer to rectify any issues on arrival. Thanks for reporting an issue with the bathroom, a plumber was called who found an issue with the pipes and this has since been rectified. We hope to be able to welcome you back again soon.
