“I wanted to reach out and share my feedback regarding our recent stay. We booked this amazing apartment for our wedding anniversary and it certainly did not disappoint; I would highly recommend it 11/10. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Poole Quay, and the view overlooking the harbour was beautiful. The place was immaculate and we appreciated that everything we needed was provided. We especially liked the extra touches, such as the wine and treats. I also wanted to specifically mention Savannah and Hannah for their outstanding customer service. We will definitely use your company again when we return to the area.”

“Quay holidays never fail, been using them for the past five years plus. Stayed at many of there holiday lets. Lovely staff always helpful and very understanding. Just returned from a wonderful cosy and warm Christmas stay at Magnolia House Poole. The property was excellently well equipped with everything we needed and more… even had a Christmas tree and some little luxury goodies left for us, that was extremely kind, much appreciated and very unexpected. We all loved the property age range was 3yrs to 86yrs. This property is in an excellent location for Poole High Street, Poole Quay, Bars and Restaurants. Would 100% stay at this property again. Look forward to booking with Quay Holidays for our summer stay 2026❤️”

“Seafarers is a lovely spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable apartment. It's thoughtfully decorated with throws to cosy up with on the squashy L shaped sofa, looking out over Poole Old Town. Everything you need to cook a lovely dinner, there is a welcome hospitality tray, teabags, milk etc and a bottle of white wine chilling in the fridge. There is a bath and stand alone shower, Everything spotlessly clean, Sainsburys Local on your doorstep. The Apartment is located in Orchard Plaza, a secure accessed, well cared for building, fast lifts to all floors. Also I'd like to say how helpful and friendly Quay Staff are. Many thanks everyone.”

“I stayed at Flutes, Harbourside, a quay side enclave in Poole, Dorset. The property is adjacent to the waterside, about a 10 minute walk to main shops. It is on a convenient bus route to Poole Town. The apartment is very clean has all you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV, WiFi.”

“Helpful staff who were available late in the evening when our booking through Home and Away failed to accept credit card payment. We were assured our reservation was confirmed and subsequently accepted payment over the phone. Arrival instructions clear and concise.”
