“The team in Maldon did a great job. Darren Smith was my salesman and was extremely helpful in organising the right car for me and making the process nice and simple. I've not picked the car up yet but so far his service has been spot on. I was disappointed that the sales manager Martin is no longer there. Always such a lovely friendly and helpful man. The atmosphere in the showroom was always so lovely when he was around.”

“Absolutely fabulous the Gentleman that helped me, couldn't have been more explanatory about the car the engine fuel etc. He checked the boot capacity with my wheelchair. Yes 5 ☆ Treatment from start to finish. Very happy indeed”

“I contacted Quest on a Bank Holiday Monday and spoke to Russell who at short notice arranged for me to test drive a used car that I purchased on the same day. He made the whole transaction seem very smooth and I look forward to collecting my car in the next two weeks. Thank you.”

“Absolute top customer service! I am one of those very fussy customers who wants everything to be just right - probably a salespersons headache to be honest. “Though I carried out the purchase of the vehicle online, Darren confirmed everything the following day to my complete satisfaction. It is a pity that Quest Motor Group are closing the Maldon centre at the end of May. This will mean a two hour round journey to Braintree if we wish to continue using Quest.”
