“I rarely bother with reviews like this but feel that on this occasion it is warranted . Have bought many cars from many dealerships all over the UK over the years but have never received better service than that received from Richard and the staff at Quest Suzuki Braintree in April 2022 . Every aspect of buying the car was dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble . Staff were on hand to help at the appointed time with road test etc and the couple of extras which I requested were fitted quickly and without fuss . The car was delivered to me 125 miles away at the exact time agreed and everything on my list had been done or was present in the car . A superb experience from beginning to end fitting of buying a Ferrari............ but the car was simply a Suzuki Jimny !”
