“My rear support unfortunately splintered on my kickster academy goals but Customer support quickly responded after an enquiry regarding a replacement part to say it was covered. The part arrived in days. The goals are so good, easily put up and taken down, ideal for kids training. So it’s great for them not to be out of action for long! Thanks!”

“The wrong item was delivered but was collected and replaced the next day. Absolutely brilliant communication and service. The bench and cover were used today in the awful weather and was fantastic, so easy to put up and take down. I would highly recommend. Thank you.”

“Thank you quick play and Sam for his awesome customer service. We had a few issues with our original order, but Sam and quick play were quickly to respond and replace our defected items. We have a a lot of teams in our academy and I will definitely recommend quick play to the other coaches. I will also purchase more equipment from quick play as the kids grow and our needs for equipment increases. Thank y’all”

“Quickplay has amazing customer service! I had an issue with one of the small parts to my 6 seat canopy seat, and Quickplay made the immediate decision to just send me an entire new product at no cost. Amazing! They really take care of their customers!”
