“Wish you would have sent parcel in an unbranded box, all companies should nearer Christmas. my parcel was due Friday day while my son was at school but instead came on a Saturday day and my son see it so could no longer be a Christmas present 😩”

“Product is perfect for me. Service contact for me was a bit questionable because I asked for a small discount and know everybody could give a bit, answer was no and after I ordered I even found a coupon but couldn't use it anymore. So for a order of 500+ bucks other shops I use would give some discount. Last thing that was crazy was that my 1 Order was shipped in 10 different packages. Don't know if this is because of the stupid (sorry) fact, that UK is not in the EU anymore but the German Zoll for 10 Orders was more than confusing for me. This maybe sounds more harsh than I mean it but you asked and I wanted to tell it. All in all I appreciate the possibility to get your product shipped to me but long term I think a great solution would be an agreement with Blazepod to use them for shipping to EU. Thanks”

“Delivery was quick. Design of goal is great. Very portable and folds down small to take to park. Quick and easy to set up. Very robust and withstands strong shots. However not 5 star, as this item has rusted after only 3 weeks use and left outside for one night! When packing away, the rust has got on the white banner netting and it looks awful. I do not expect rust on a 3 week old outdoor product. Especially with how much was paid”

“Bought 2 portable footballs, they arrived quickly but one of the elastic stings inside is broken, which makes it much harder to build every time I use it.”

“Good idea states 150 programs but I don’t think so it’s only about 15 for soccer. A bit disappointing for the amount spent. Only two programs for goalkeepers.”

“The actual product is very good! High quality and does exactly what i was after, customer service however is poor, paid for next day delivery £9 ordered at around 10am, they hadnt even released the product for another 3 days, emailed them reporting this and get no reply, then get asked for a review....... like i say product is good but dont waste your money on next day delivery”

“Needed to replace a broken pole, back in September/October. Was told that the item was out of stock until the 1st November so it would be sent out then. Contacted quick play again around the middle of November and was told it will be with us soon. Received the parcel end of December. I hope these are all ok as my 12 months guarantee will be up now. Even though I asked 3/4 months ago. Customers services were polite and always responding to my emails. Just frustrating we had to wait so long.”

“This was a difficult one to score. Quickplay's ordering and dispatch were good, but their courier (Evri) apparently lost the parcel. I had a 'we're waiting for it' tracking message for days and no update. I eventually contacted Quickplay who gave a prompt response that they would urgently follow this up, and I contacted them 2 days after to ask for an update. Their response was very good and they ordered another item to be sent via a different courier. Shortly after this, I got a message from Evri saying they were going to deliver it! It arrived on the day Evri eventually said it would. Quickplay has also offered to amend the price as the item appeared in their Xmas promotion between my initial order and it not arriving, which is a nice gesture. Item was ordered 28.11 and arrived 08.12. If it wasn't for the courier issue, I'd have given 5 stars based on their customer service.”

“The replay football trainer I bought came quickly. Was bought as a present but the item came in a delivery box with no other packaging. Looked as if it was just stuffed in with no care or consideration”

“Everything was very straightforward. However, the product itself is impossible to assemble and disassemble because the rods get stuck inside one another. We are hoping they will be better when we have applied some WD-40 but that remains to be seen.”

“I am delighted with the badminton travel net. It is easy to assemble, good quality and good value for money. Only negative was the website as it omitted the house name from my address when the order was processed. I immediately emailed Quickplay when I noticed this on my order confirmation email but unfortunately I received no reply and the address was not rectified before delivery. Thankfully the courier made an effort to phone me and find out to where the parcel should be delivered but this delayed the delivery by a day.”

“When the box came i was shocked as i paid a lot of money for the 16 x 7 quickplay goal.the box looked as if it was in a fight and lost.thankfully no pieces were missing. Thought it was metal goals but its thick plastic tubes.kids love it which is the main thing.not steady enough to take adult power shots as only comes with 4 anchors.a goal this size definately needs atleast 6 - 10 anchors. And definately make sure to twist crossbar when done as on 1st day of using kids were out for a good 10 hours as it was new and crossbars already sagging. Twiated crossbar and folded away but next day crossbar sagging permanently.so in my opinion only useful for under 12s and no longer than 5 6 hours a day before crossbar sags.shame because i bought this for a family full of boys my eldest being 16 .had to tell him to stop shooting with younger brothers there as goals swayed ehen kicked into corners.wouldnt happen though if more anchors were provided”
