“Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick, I ordered a large football rebounder but as it's for my grandsons Christmas I haven't taken the pieces out of the box for fear I won't get them back in so at the moment I'm trusting it will be ok.”

“Really? You deliver a goal that is unusable due to a missing part. Then just generic e mail replies with no other way to contact you. Then you ask for feedback. 0 star. Update : it wasn't ideal to ask for feedback when I couldn't get hold of you. To be fair, eventually did sort it all out no problem”

“I purchased the Spot Rebounder 7 x 7 as I am relearning to play tennis righthanded. It arrived promptly however the installation instructions are minimal and generic and I found it impossible to tension the net, snapping a pole in the process. The complaints team were excellent sending a replacement swiftly. I can only erect by using the green bungees that are supplied but with no explanation of use. The pace and trajectory varies depending on where it hits the net but as control and consistency is what I am trying to improve it works for me. The high score is due to the complaint response.”

“Love the webshop, its very good. Have not tried the products yet, but unpacked it and the quality looks good. The only issue that I have is that you use DHL as a transporter. They are always late, gives wrong info and their customer service is even lying why they dont deliver on time. I was not surprised that they delivered to late even as they always do. But, QuickPlay as a whole. Very nice.”

“Excellent customer service. Your service rep Philippa was very professional and thorough. Not so thrilled with the shipment process. Your replacement parts were received ASAP but I thought they should have been shipped in a cardboard box instead of just being wrapped in plastic. Parts were received in fine condition though.”

“The product was very easy to assemble - only 2 minutes. I had an issue with a small hole in the net & once I contacted customer service department, they sent a new one out within a couple of days, very happy with the level of service offered by Quickplay.”
