“Brilliant goal so far, only had a week but have put up and back down 10 times already for my son. Its very easy to do so so I don't mind at all. Build quality is good although one of the foldable flexi joint base poles wire has come out of one of the poles so not attached to the rest anymore. I'm not to worried myself as doesn't affect anything really but it's the reason for 4* not 5*.”

“Purchased a 12 x 6 goal at Christmas and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, in May we had problems with both uprights (one section split and the other pole's elastic snapped) and Quickplay customer service was second to none, recognising the problems and sending a replacement goal the next day. Happy customer.”

“Spares received in good time, exactly what I ordered. But I would say the quality of the Kickster Academy goals is not as good as 5 yrs ago we have as a club 3 sets that are around 2 yrs old all needing replacement parts.”

“Had a little trouble with the contact form I completed not making it through to them, but when I followed up directly the customer service was excellent. Also had a few issues accessing my account which couldn't be resolved immediately, however, their customer service were proactive in offering a route around the problem and I believe they have since updated their website.”

“Great product, although one of the spring clips was missing from the back pole join (reason for only 4 stars). However, on reporting this, Quickplay were very quick to send me out replacement clips to resolve this issue. :)”

“Quick and speedy delivery which was great. There was a problem on installation and because it was a bank holiday weekend, it took a while to get a response. Maybe a note to say there was an amendment to the instructions would be helpful and save confusion. Otherwise great product and very happy with company. 👍”

“Product arrived with a faulty frame - However - after contacting them via email and FB Messenger they replied very quickly. I had to send photo proof of the fault and within the hour a new order was placed for me with a replacement frame. The product arrived the next day. Product is now operational and my daughter is enjoying using it. I would recommend this company and the product, customer service (if you had any issues) excellent too ! Thank you.”

“It is a great rebounder if you are training in different locations. Very Portable. Takes maximum of 5 minutes to set up and take down. Overall good product for how much you pay.”

“A set of quick pop-up goals purchased for my little boys 5th birthday, not used as yet but certainly the purchasing/ communications/ delivery process was 1st class. The only reason not 5 stars (as yet) is he hasn't opened/ scored his first goals in them as yet :)”
