Whilst I very much like the products sold by QUICKPLAY their Customer Service is atrocious. I purchased 2 items a goal and a rebounder 2 weeks ago and immediately decided I didn’t want the goal . Within an hour of receipt I contacted QUICKPLAY by email requesting a return as required. I immediately received an automatic reply saying they were busy with high volumes of queries and would get back to me when they can. 2 weeks later and 2 further chases and I’m no nearer to talking to a human being to sort out my specific return. Unfortunately they neither supply a contact phone number nor an alternative email address . I think their Customer Support is woefully under resourced and processes out of date.

I ordered the Tekkers Trainer as a Christmas present. There were 2 parts missing and I immediately emailed to say we needed assistance- I received a reply fairly quickly which was impressive but I’ve subsequently sent 3 more emails chasing a response with no reply.

I feel lucky I received my item before Christmas having contacted Quickplay on the day it was due to be received and the order having not even been processed at that point. This was made worse by then trying to blame the courier rather than accept responsibility. I asked them to call me directly (so that I could collect the parcel) and instead they despatched it with little time to spare before sending an email. This was followed up by a similar experience the following day. If I ask for a call, it is not because I want an email. A really poor experience overall that was only salvaged by the parcel arriving in the nick of time, hence the second star.

I’m still waiting to know when the item is likely to arrive. But having received a request to review very swiftly I have to say the lack of communication was surprising. The tracking link while describing stages does not really give any information. Your likely delivery times were not made clear on your site; neither was the £8 delivery charge. I would still have ordered. I really want the ear buds which were so skillfully marketed to start an important exercise regime and I still have no idea when they’re coming. I really hope they are good when they arrive from wherever on the planet they are coming from. I can’t comment on most things as I’m still waiting.

Hello well I paid for next day delivery but it took 6 days for the product to arrive . I also emailed your compony without getting a response back . The product should be fine . But I won’t be using your compony again due to awful delivery as paying for next day should mean next day

I bought a replacement pole for my sons rebounder. It broke same as the first. I have tried to contact the company regarding this and have had no reply. I very disappointed in the aftercare service.

I ordered an item but then it didn't arrive so contacted yourselves who said it was out of stock. I did get a refund quite quickly although I had to chase it.

Mmmmm, not great. Quick delivery. Was already familiar with same family of products si was happy to purchase again. However after 2 uses already gave problems. Inserts to support poles already fell out and 2 spring clips already broken. Not a hope in hell of lasting the season in tact.

This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. If possible, please can you reply to this message with pictures of the fault so that we can correctly identify the right replacement part or product to send to you. As soon as we receive these, we can arrange for a new part to be sent to you as soon as possible. Could you also let me know the PO Number of the product please? This can be found printed on the box or on a sticker on the base frame. We can then arrange for a new part to be sent to you as soon as possible.
