Had a faulty upright which had split down the middle. Is covered under Quickplay warranty but can’t get hold of anybody. Three emails later and no answer on the phones. Have bought many items over the years but shall not be coming back now.

Sent a message to customer service 6 days ago regarding delivery, and still waiting for a reply. Also, I bought 2 KICKSTER Portable Football Goal 8 x 5' (Yellow) and noticed one of the cables arrived broken. Sent a message to customer service 2 days ago, and still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed in the customer service and would not consider buying again. What do I do with the broken goal net/ lost money :-(

Arrived with pen marks on the front of the goal and yellow stains. Contacted customer service and had no response. I buy from Amazon.

Initially I was very impressed at how swiftly I received my order. It was short lived as the wrong item was sent to me. I ordered a 12x6 replacement goal net and have been sent an 8x5. I contacted QuickPlay and correspondence between myself and their team has been slow to say the least. I am still awaiting a resolution to an issue which is not my fault!

Placed order 30th May 2023, had still not received by 5th June, was sons birthday that day and was a present, emailed Quickplay with order number and got standard reply stating they will respond as soon as they can, I chased a response on 7th June and finally got a response from a Julian stating the order had been delivered that day to my "Neighbour". The "Neighbour" was a garden centre 7 miles from my house, I had not requested the parcel to be left with a neighbour, and I certainly wouldn`t have expected it to be 7 miles away. I had put a note on with DPD that if I wasn`t in they could leave it in my safe place which I gave a detailed description of. Neither DPD nor Quickplay or Venture Blue which is the company that DPD have as the supplier provided any assistance in trying to get the parcel to me from the garden centre so I took it upon myself to just go there and collect it, a round trip of over 14 miles. The garden centre said they have had issues with DPD doing this to many customers which is not a surprise as I have had issues with that company previously. I wont be using "QuickPlay UK/Venture Blue" again due to the lack of communication, the delay in posting the item and the fact they use DPD. Shocking all round, not one apology from anyone. The actual item I purchased is fine, shame it was 10 days before I got it and at the the expense of my time and fuel. If they had been honest from the start about forgetting to post I would have accepted human error, the lack of communication thereafter was terrible and shows a lack of respect to customers.

Shocking, if any items you want to return expect a very long wait potentially not even a refund, even if the item has not been open, no contact number to call either AVOID!!

The service was not very helpful. The return policy is not very friendly and offers limited options to customers, if any.

I am still waiting for my delivery!!!! Their customer service is online and they are very slow to respond. When they did get back to me they advised they will monitor my delivery closely but I still haven’t had anything back. I won’t use them again because of their poor customer service support and the fact that they use DHL who clearly can’t deliver a parcel on time or even provide me with an estimated time for delivery

Item has not yet arrived. Delivery company claimed to have tried to deliver (they didn’t) and haven’t rescheduled the delivery 5days later. I have also emailed you at QuickPlay twice now without a response. Really disappointed.

Ordered a Rebounder on 5/12/22 plenty of time for delivery before Xmas. Several emails made as to non delivery (no phone no to call). Did not arrive for Xmas. More emails after Xmas-I had to request replacement, finally received 5/01/23, next day the original order arrived. Next day I get email asking for a day when replacement can be picked up stating pick up between 9-5! I am not staying in all day so will leave on porch. Quick enough for wanting the return!

No Blazepods included in delivery. No delivery note or message to say whether they should have been sent. No phone number available to check. Messaged 2 times but no reply so far.

Hi i did not received my item! Evri left the item in the front of the door on the busy high street road…and I did not received…anything! It suppoust to be delivered to dans caffe before 5pm !
