Customer service is shocking, this questionnaire has come through quicker than any response from the company!! You only partly delivered my order, the main part, the goal never arrived. I still need a refund & ask you to look at the proper service other companies provide as I sourced the goal elsewhere & got same day delivery….you may want to take a leaf out if there book! Atrocious customer service, you should be ashamed!

Absolutely terrible customer service…. The website isn’t user friendly with not all items listed, forcing the customer to email instead….. from initial email 2/9/22 until now 29/12/22 I still haven’t received my item despite paying on 8/12/22

If I could give Quickplay 0 stars I would. I placed my order one week before Xmas and paid for next day delivery. Still no sign of the delivery 10 days later. It was an exercise goal for our son who has type 1 diabetes and needed exercise to keep his blood glucose levels stable during revision. Quickplay say there is nothing they can do to help and it's not their problem as it's with the courier but our contract is with Quickplay not the courier.

AVOID! Horrendous company. Awful experience. Tried to cancel an order. Customer service refused to help. A complete lack of common sense and ability to step in as a human and physically prevent an order being dispatched. The order was dispatched 3 days later!!! Total waste of resource and shocking lack of environmental care. Total waste of my time having to arrange return delivery and again a completely unnecessary environmental impact, and a large delivery cost I should not have incurred… TWICE!!! This company needs to consider its customer service. Shocking.

Goods are still missing after being delivered outside of notified times and customer services have still to respond to emails about the missing order. It’s been 4 days and still no correspondence. Very unsatisfactory

I ordered 2 items on 5/12 cheaper one delivered a week later. Now 20/12 still waiting for 2nd . This item still showing available on website!! It’s an Xmas present
