Still waiting for my order so........., last email I had on 24th May said "on its way" but DPD haven't received the package yet. Birthday present for my son so best come soon

Ordered over a week ago and yet to receive my product. Emailed customer service but no response as of yet. As below, DPD have received order details but not the product to ship… Disappointed, please get in touch with me to resolve this issue.

Bought a set of nets for my boys birthday only to be told 3 days later my order had been cancelled as they where out of stock.. didn't get my money back for another 2 days by that time I had run out of time to get any nets ☹

The goal is faulty, have sent numerous emails and no response, I like the equipment they normally do but the customer service is dreadful

Having had a delivery from quick play I contacted you via email twice with photographs showing that the part we had ordered has not arrived and that you had sent something for a quick hit 8 foot by eight-foot not the 8‘ x 5‘ goalpost we had ordered. You have still not contacted us to say you will be sending the right part.You have still not contacted us to say that you will be sending the right part and there is no customer service telephone number to contact. Extremely poor service and my children can’t play football. Please will you contact us via email to put the situation right. Many thanks

We are very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with one of our products. This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. Hi, We're very sorry to read that your order has been delivered. I've asked our team to get in touch with you to resolve this asap. Unfortunately, like many businesses, Covid-19 has put a strain on our warehousing a dispatch capabilities and has also impacted the couriers we use to deliver goods.
