Ordering from Quickplay was a big mistake. I placed an order for a 6-seater bench for my football team on 16 September, with a promised 2-3 business day delivery time. Approaching two weeks later, there is no sign of my delivery despite me being provided with a DHL Next Day Tracking Number, the status of which is saying “DELAYED”. On contacting DHL to receive an update on the delivery, I have been told that they have not yet received the item for shipping from Quickplay. Apparently my item was not on the pallet which was received by DHL for shipping. I emailed Quickplay a week ago requesting an update and am yet to receive a response. Also, they have no phone number on their website and their phone number which is listed on their Social Media page (0114 247 2327) does not work… I will not be using this company again and advise everyone to think twice before ordering from them. In case someone from QuickPlay reads this and is interested in providing some customer service, my order number is #57887.

Very bad service through dhl. My parcel is at the collection point but I can’t collect without phoning dhl and waiting. Apparently my code is faulty. Recommend changing to royal mail or another provider. DHL awful.

The item arrived late, despite paying extra carriage for speedy delivery. I ended up collecting it from a local depot (after tracking it down myself) The tubing was bent and had to be bent back in shape for pieces to slot in to each other, this caused lots of confusion when assembling as I was assuming I was doing it wrong. The instructions are not colour and also confusing. The box has the small bungees missing and the item does not operate as expected, I can’t really comment on how it will work until I get these - however I don’t think they will make a world of difference. Loop pass? More like rolls up and then down a bit. The net in my opinion has some small faults, I would have overlooked these had everything else not have been so bad. Lastly, I have reported this 3 times and have still not received a response to any of my issues, basically I have been ignored! This is an honest and true review. I don’t usually write reviews but this service prompted a response.

The product we received had a missing part. Support sent us a replacement part. After waiting over a week for the part to arrive, it was not the correct part. We still have a product we can't use. We have sent a message to support, but they have not responded yet.

Once i receive the goods i will be more than happy to write a report worthy of the product it seems unfair as the issue is with DHL and after a week since ordering on Next day delivery i still have not received the product and the delivery address is less than 10 miles away from Quickplay Every product i have bought before has been excellent and would purchase from them again

£100 order and next day delivery. Over 1 week later nothing has arrived. DHL now have no proof the item was sent and I’m having to chase for a refund. Not a good experience.

Despite emailing Quickplay on the day of my delivery to notify them of broken parts with pictures and then sending a follow-up email two days later to hasten a response, I've yet to hear from quickplay customer services at all. My first form of contact was a request to review quickplay... So here's my honest review. the net I bought looks amazing but two parts arrived broken, the plastic end clip to the cross-member bar that goes along the bottom, (looks like a T piece with a hole in it to fit the other bar) and the elastic that is meant to hold the 3 parts of the upright together, appears to have frayed apart completely. customer service is non-existent and the only communication I've had despite two emails over 3 working days was a request to review my purchase.

Not QuickPlay UK issue, but box was damaged. Failed delivery 2 days running. DHL are useless and not contactable to chase order. If you always use this courier I will not be ordering anything else from you

I haven't received my order yet. I was told it had shipped 24th June. Then when I chased up tracking info I was told an error had been made and my order had not been shipped. Still waiting for order. I placed the order based on quick delivery for a birthday present but still don't know if it will be here in time.

Only had the net for 2 weeks and one of the poles has already snapped from a gentle shot !!

Very poor currently. The product lasted 2 minutes. The pole at the back snapped under the tension. Nobody has come back to me and left my son with no training for his academy.

Unreliable on shipping progress! I ordered it 1 week ago but i have absolutely no idea where the items are at the moment unfortunately cuz no update on shipping delivered to me yet, even it has been delayed and also it was 2-3 days delivery option though...
