“One of the stays on the Q-fold goal pasts shattered in less than two weeks use. (We patched it up with duct tape.) The stays need to be of a more resilient plastic. Putting in a curve, as in the Samba plastic goal posts, does not work, as the curve becomes a weak point. The stays need to be of a more resilient plastic, or include a flexible joint.”

“Bought for grandsons birthday, checked tracking to see when delivery was expected only to find it hadn’t been dispatched and DPD were waiting for it. Emailed Quickplay and had a reply immediately apologising from Tracy in CS saying she had instructed wharehouse to dispatch immediately, received item next day, so thank you very much. But if I hadn’t checked delivery I would never have received it on time. Would recommend buying from Quickplay”

This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. “Bag arrived as ordered in super quick time like all Quickplay orders, however, on previous orders I have received pegs and bungees with a bag purchase....not this time however. 🤷🏼‍♂️”

“Quick delivery but I had one set of markers having orange marks on all of them, quickplay set a new lot out which had the same marks on but part from that outstanding service.”

“Does the job. However, quality is not as we expected. The “pipes”/posts that go together are bent and missing some connections. It gives a feeling of cheap metal, rather than strong goal that can be used for our U18s girls.”
