Refurbished mobile arrived as described in pristine condition and fully functional. Battery life excellent. Although QFM advised dispatch could take up to 10 working days they would aim To deliver sooner. They delivered in four working days. Basically QFM delivered as described and in quick time. Would I use again, certainly.

Order ID185800 It is now 26 working days since I cancelled the order but the refund hasn’t been done. What’s the problem? After several emails Finance and management are incapable of a simple refund? Please escalate for refunding Order ID185800 , 369.99£.

Since sending my 2 phones and agreeing to their offfer I have had no further communication or money- their email address does not exist abd their phone number is unreadable- I will be taking legal advice as they have effectively stolen my property

Having just placed my iPhone order I noticed a much better priced bundle advertised. I asked for a straight exchange as the items were the same price. I was then asked for a further £41. I asked why there was an additional cost and was told the web page had expired and the bundle offer was no longer available, although I could still view the advert using the correct http website address on an iPad and an iPhone. I asked to speak to the manager but the customer support agent repeatedly refused saying he would not be referring such an enquiry to the manager. Neither would he give me the manager’s name. After pushing to speak to the manager, which I felt was my right as a customer with an unresolved issue, the agent still would not escalate but instead stated he was going to cancel my order. I had not asked for my order to be cancelled. I was forced to send a complaint email to actually get to speak to the manager, who was helpful, acknowledged the IT problem, and removed the advert from the website. He also gave me a small discount on my original order because he could not sell me the bundle at the advertised price. It took several days to resolve this issue and I was pleased when my order finally arrived. However, it was not what I ordered, I had been sent a locked phone which I could not use. It was returned and I was finally sent an unlocked phone but not my original colour choice. It took a protracted time, hassle and stress dealing with this order but when I finally received it I was pleased with the condition of the product. This was the first time I have used Quick Mobile Fix but I would not recommend them based on my unacceptable experience with the customer service agent and then being sent the wrong item. Furthermore, the courier service just popped both orders through my letterbox without obtaining a signature.

Ordered iPhone 6s in good condition it came back on the 6 working day it’s a really good phone no problems so far.😊

Sent the mobile locked to another network. Had to wait 4 working days for it to be unlocked. Massive inconvenience having a paid £760 for a iPhone X and not being able to use it when it arrived. When emailing this company had no reply until I wanted to cancel my order. Terrible service. Definitely will not use again

I bought an iPhone 6s Plus from quick mobile fix. Arrived quickly. In good condition. One issue it was glitching. I returned it the other week and I am still waiting for the replacement. Hopefully it will arrive soon. But there service was pretty good!

I was very pleased with my mobile. It is new to me and looks new. Very happy with the service. Delivered quickly and was kept in touch of the day I would receive it. I could choose my server and time that was good.
