Phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Took a while to arrive but within the time they stated. All round, very good service and extremely good value.

Bought an iphone 6S from QMF. Very easy process, phone arrived in excellent condition - very happy with the purchase. Supplied charging cable works fine with phone but is strangely intermittent when used with my iPad. Delivery was 10days by courier, as per the QMF terms, but in my opinion I think this is a little too long to wait. Otherwise a very good service which I’d recommend & use again myself.

Received the wrong item in the mail. So delayed in receiving the item I actually ordered and customer service would respond without knowing the issue and wrote responses as if I had sent a phone in for repair. I still don't know when my actual item will be shipped.

Sent off my phone over 6 weeks ago but yet still no payment but yet it says online payment processed absolutely disgusting service dont answer the phone because they are to ashamed of the service in which they provide will be seeking further advice and taken this on absolutely terrible

we purchased an iPhone 6s - 64gb which has battery problems, we have returned phone to seller with Royal Mail Tracking Number: XC296789781GB. Seller confirmed that they have received returned phone but not willing to issue me Full Refund. i Need my money back from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, AVOID AVOID AVOID...................

Sent my phone back at the end of August it’s now getting to the end of September and I have still not received my payment. I understand from speaking to an adviser a few weeks back there were delays and she advised I should have had payment by the second week of September. Since then I have sent a couple of emails all of which bounce back and I can not get through on the phone, I also asked someone else to try getting through for me and they had the same issue. My order status on line has been showing payment processed for quite a while and yet no funds have reached my account. Very disappointing as my partner had previously sent phones back and never experienced any issues like this.

Terrible service, just reading the other reviews it’s the same old story. Sent phone off nearly a month ago still haven’t received payment. After finally getting through the advisor hung up on me, the live chat is a waste of time and the communication is abysmal.

Very pleased with my refurbished iPhone 7, which looks like a new phone. I received an email and tracking number on the 10th day, the phone arrived the next morning, tracking worked well.

Two faulty phones received and returned, I have requested a refund and now they won't reply to my emails. I have referred the company to Trading Standards - I would advise you read the other numerous similar reviews and go elsewhere.

It’s a real shame as I’ve used you guys before and had a great experience. I ordered a phone 3 week’s ago for my daughter’s birthday and it was delayed because of availability. When it came available the courier used didn’t bother to leave a card, I was out at work when they attempted to deliver, I contacted them to explain I’d missed them and they’d already returned the phone to sender, no phone call, no card, no help at all. I contacted you with details of where to deliver if I missed it again and the person who replied said they couldn’t do it, I have no idea if it’s been resent, no communication, and I really don’t think it’s acceptable. I’m not going to have the phone in time for my daughter’s birthday now and sh will be really dissapoonted.
