“The phone purchased was described as Pristine condition and a full a grade kit. It was supplied with a chip out of the casing and had no adapter for the headphones. The biggest problem being the fact that the charger supplied only works when plugged in a certain way and when trying other Iphone chargers the same problem occurs which shows the fault is with the Phone, As we were desparate for a phone I cannot take the risk of sending it back as the comments online show that the response time of this company is not great and a phone that is working is better than none at all. All be it the phone is nowhere near the quality it is advertised as. Douglas Croft.”

“Ordered a phone. Fast delivery and in perfect condition would definitely order again. Only problem is the communication no1 answers the phone when I tried to call to ask a question and I phoned at least 10 times.”

“Ordered Rose Gold but got alternative colour as it was OOS, phone is in perfect condition, only box was bashed. Went for pristine condition. Was worried about delivery time as it took over 2wks so don’t be in a hurry for your phone. Would definitely recommend”

“Turned out the colour offered was not in stock, but it arrived quickly after an alternative was offered. All about the phone was good, in terms of condition, function etc. Battery functioality was 90% which I suppose is to be accepted and has turned out not to be a problem. Overall a good phone, fair price and helpful service.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... I sent my iPhone 7 to them on on 1st September 2018 and to writing this review I have had not money ( phone was perfect) they will not answer phone and every time you email you get told the money will be sent in 7-10 days. This company is a fraud. You have been warned (order number bc 2092)”

“Placed an order on 30/06/18 and paid for a new phone on the website, sent an email to see where my order was when it didn't arrive, I was told they couldn't provide me with the phone I ordered but I could have a different one, I told them I didn't want that and would like a refund, They said this would take 10-14 days to arrive back in my account! When it didn't arrive I sent another email and got the generic reply they would contact me in 24-48 working hours!! Waited...No reply, sent another email, 22/09/18, got the same email 24-48 working hours to wait!!!”

“I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star but I couldn’t leave a review warning consumers not to use the site. I ordered a refurbished iPad in June for my little ones birthday. It took 29 days for the device to eventually be delivered and it was faulty with screen not attached properly on arrival. I returned the product and I am still waiting on a refund! I have contacted trading standards and the police as it is now classed as theft since I was promised a refund within 10-14 days and I am still waiting. This is disgusting. Customer service is next to none. Feeling extremely let down and angry for ruining a little girls birthday.”

“Despite some poor reviews, we found our purchase of a refurbished iPhone to be quick and efficient and the condition of the phone when it arrived was excellent. My only gripe was when I emailed to delay delivery as I was away, this was ignored or not read. However, I was easily able to reschedule delivery with the carrier. So, apart from poor communications, all went very well.”

“Very good service. Ordered 2 iPhone 5S's in pristine refurbished condition. They arrived within the agreed time and both were indeed in pristine condition. In addition both came with a screen protector and a protective case, which we were not expecting.”

“I paid £360 for an iPhone 7 in excellent condition. 3 months later, touch screen, microphone and headphone output ALL STOPPED WORKING. Looks like a problematic motherboard altogether! Also the screen was less bright than a new iPhone’s which makes me think they screen on my phone is not an original apple replacement! I have 1 year warranty but it looks like the hardware they use is so poor that I’ll probably have problems again. I’ll be sending it back to them and I hope they better fix it for free or give me a refund.”
