“Ordered recycle service for my iPhone 20th August 2018 - sent via post, not heard a thing except an email when I chased on 12th September saying someone would contact me in 4 days. Here we are 8 days later no word, no one answered the phone when I tried to call - owed £318 by .... will I ever see it?”

“My autistic son ordered a phone through this company with money he got from his birthday and after a few weeks of chasing and threatening to cancel the order they sent us the phone. It started playing up after a couple of days so we returned it to their offices. This was back in early July and my son is still waiting for his refund. They have repeatedly promised to refund but no payment has been made. He is currently out of pocket by £470 and still with no phone. What a terrible way to treat a disabled boy....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will reply to this and say that they will promise to look into the problem urgently but do absolutely nothing about it. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers!”

“Purchased two Samsung S7 refurbished phones in "good" condition. They are like new and work perfectly. The first went beyond the delivery date but the second one came in four days. No complaints and would definitely recommend. Very pleased.”

“Selling my phone. Accepted offer on 31/08. It says it takes 3-5 business days to receive money. Still waiting. Chased by email many times, responded to the first few stating it’s actually 10 business days. No that time has passed they no longer respond and don’t answer phone.”

“I sold my phone at mid August I was reading th website and it said we aim to pay within the same day it's now 19/09/18 I haven't heard anything off anyone I can't get hold of anyone I want my money”

“Only after you have paid on the website do you learn that delivery will be in 10 days. I then tried to cancel the order, I got a message back asking if I would still go ahead if they sent the phone right away. I thought this was a cheek since if they can deliver earlier then they should do so as a matter of course. So I said NO. Twice! Didn’t matter they sent it any way so I then had to repackage and return the phone at my expense. Getting a refund took a month and several e mails. Wouldn’t do business with these people”

“I sent my phone to them on the 29/08/18 after receiving an offer for the phone. On the website I used, it said "5 days payment", it is now the 19/09 and I still haven't received payment even though I was told it would be the 17/09. Do not trust this company. They haven't answered their phone in 2 days either. Horrific customer service. GIVE ME MY MONEY.”
