After ordering a phone last December 2017 for my daughter we have had nothing but problems and she has only had a fully working phone for a matter of weeks. The phone was returned a few times over several months and in the end we gave up and requested a refund. Over 70 emails later we still have no refund even though the broken phone was returned at the end of July for the last time and we were promised a refund within 10 days on the 7th August 2018. I yet again have been promised the refund will be processed tomorrow, so lets wait and see. If not I will be contacting Trading standards...enough is enough it's an absolute joke the service we have received!!

Only posting this to stop the reminder emails being sent. I bought an iPhone 6s in pristine condition. The phone would not charge and the touch ID button did not work. I was offered a repair to which I stated the phone should have worked in the first place. I have returned it and have now been waiting 11 days for a refund so this company has essentially had my money for about 3 weeks now. I have escalated the case with PayPal. Avoid.

The actual phone appears to be fine but the communication post purchase and subsequent delivery service was poor and incredibly long winded. It took well over 10 days for the phone to arrive.

On 23-Apr-18 we sent my daughter's iphone for a screen repair (after she dropped it). After a few weeks, they said it also needed additional work (microphone/speaker) but then seemed to drop the need for this when I mentioned we had bought the phone from them in the first place and it was under warranty. The phone was returned in late June, but within a day or two of being used again the screen started having problems; first it intermittently stopped being touch sensitive and then the image/light failed. We returned it in July and a few weeks ago were told it was now water damaged (which certainly didn't happen when we had the phone). It is impossible to get through to anybody on the phone (I waited 45 minutes on one occasion). I did speak to somebody (they phoned me) but they are insisting we need to pay for the "water damage assessment". Am getting the phone posted back (no idea when) and will use somebody else (waving the £50 screen repair fee goodbye). It's now been 5 months and counting..... My advice is to avoid these people at all costs .

Hello, We received your order back under warranty as you explained there were problems with the phone we repaired, however, from the time the phone was returned to our technicians looking into this they confirmed there has been liquid damage on the device, therefore this voids the warranty and if you would like it repaired the service would need to be paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They changed the turn around time at whim and advertised a phone they did not have. Obviously I cancelled the order because I wanted the phone I wanted but two months down the line they have still failed to refund me the money, despite saying the refund was being processed. STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN PAID TO ME. They have be untruthful from beginning to end. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUNCH.

NEVER EVER use this company their customer service is absolutely appaling. I sent my iPhone in for a repair on the 10th August and they have lost it. I emailed them find out how long the repair will take and they cannot find the phone. It was packaged with the email and correspondence. I have had various replies to say somebody is looking into it and I'm still waiting for a response. I have called them on numerous occasions and spoken to a manager who assured me he would call me back and I am still waiting. They are almost impossible to get hold of nobody answers the phones. Terrible company do not buy or sell anything with them.

I had a great experience with Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered an iPhone 6S and was told that it would take 10 working days to arrive. It arrived on time and in great condition. There’s also the security of tracked delivery so I knew that my device was on the way

I traded in my mobile phone with them, which they received on the 31st August and I've had no updates whatsoever. I phoned them asking when I'll get my money, they said I would get an update on the 14th September, which didn't happen, so now I have to phone them once again. I picked these guys because they were offering the most money for my phone, but If I traded in with o2 I would of definitely had my money by now because they take a week tops, whereas Quick Mobile Fix take weeks.

After being offered a reasonable price for my mobile device, I was informed that I would receive my payment transfer within 5-10 working days. After 6 working days I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who reassured me that I would receive this by the following Monday by 5pm. After 13 working days, I am yet to receive any payment for my device and will be contacting consumer rights as a result of this. I think the title "Quick" might need to be reassessed.

First time using the service. Had screen replacement on my Samsung S6. Phone was returned in few weeks and I'm happy with the work and phone is like new again. I'd you don't mind the wait it's worth it.

The mobile arrived quickly, although the battery was dead, so I requested a replacement which arrived 5 days later. No issue with the service, price and device, except sending the dud battery in the first place!
