“It has taken 3 weeks for this phone to arrive. The colour I specified was not in stock and I had to contact them to find this out. I agreed another colour could be sent. In total there has been 8 e-mails to get this phone !”

“Sent phone away for recycling over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of payment! Wait ages for a response to any emails and still no answers or commitments on their part It’s a disgrace!!!!”

“Selling phone that they simply do not have in stock - using their 10 working day lead time (that they only tell you about post order) to try to source the item. On cancellation they invoke a 14 working day refund period - which is legally lets say interesting. Sorted by escalating to PayPal which got me the refund in 90 minutes. Avoid. (Order ID185333)”

“My iphone 6 I received was far better than I expected, its in perfect condition. Had it about a week now and still getting used to it as it is my first smart phone but have had lots of advice from friends and family. When it takes your grandchildren to help do something then you know your getting past it”

“Do NOT use this website. I ordered a phone which was never received and hence I cancelled my order. I am still waiting 6 weeks later for my refund. They never answer the phone and you receive a generic email reply.”
