“Firstly I would say your customer service is appalling, the delivery time wasn’t quoted until I’d already gone through the checkout process, the then already long lead time for something that was supposed to be in stock was then far exceeded. After a couple of weeks, my patience had been exceeded and I sent an email demanding an immediate refund, this email was ignored and the next day I received an email saying the phone had been dispatched. So it seems in order to get your order, you need to get to the point of cancellation, which is then ignored and dispatch is then expedited. This in itself is wrong, however, when I received the phone it was in very good condition with only a couple of marks on it and with a polish and a new glass screen protector it looks good as new with a battery showing 89% capacity. Everything works, so all in all very good value, it was just the phone without accessories but since I already had the accessories, it makes economical sense not to buy a bundle of stuff you already have. Very happy with the phone but was very disappointed with the delivery time and customer service when I requested updates.”

“The service was only just acceptable. There was a long wait for my order to arrive - it arrived 2 weeks after purchase. I had ordered the full package but only a phone arrived - no EarPods which I need for this particular phone. There was no apology or acknowledgment that part of the order was missing so I had to email to ask what had happened to the EarPods. It turned out that they didn't actually have any and were waiting for a delivery. So, well over a month since I ordered the phone I am still waiting for the delivery of the EarPods. Early emails assured me that the ordered would be completed but my last two emails to QMF have gone unanswered. I cannot, therefore, give more than an acceptable rating for the level of service. The phone itself is ok!”
