“Order 183985 Phone was in good condition and price is reasonable, however could be clearer about shipping times before the order is placed 10 working days is too long , the item showed in stock but wasn’t, you should be more transparent with your customers”

“The price was cheap but that’s because the battery was severely degraded and turns out the screen is fake. Quick fix should be more honest with how they advertise their phones for sale”

“Good value for money, especially as I used a special discount code. When buying 2nd hand tech, it’s best not to risk buying privately from well known auction sites and so decided to buy from QMF for reassurance and warranty for extra peace of mind. Wasn’t disappointed with the refurbished iPhone 7 I purchased. Only reason I didn’t score a 5 is because delivery took over 2 weeks (although it does stress this in the small print) I would definitely recommend to others who are looking to spend a few £100 on refurbished phones. Cheers”

“I placed an order with company for an iPhone 6 which didn’t arrive as agreed. However once I contacted the company I received the iPhone as stated in the email. The phone arrived in good condition & so far I am pleased with the order. I would use this company again. It was recommended by a friend & I would recommend it to a friend,”

“Customer service is zero as the phone line is constantly engaged. Please do not use if you’re a desperate for cash and trading your device for money as it takes ages to get your money. Whatever quote you see is what you get. I repeat customer service is asbsolutely Shambles.”
