“Phone arrived and wasn’t working properly. Still waiting for it to come back fixed. I ordered more than a month ago, wasn’t offered anything as an apology or lent a replacement phone. Hopefully it’ll turn up anytime soon. Most people would have seriously gone off on one in this position.”

“Originally I was pleased with phone (grade A quality of the phone is very good) however when setting the phone up I discovered that the Touch ID wasn’t working and have had to return the phone. No-one has offered an apology for sending out a faulty phone, the phones are supposed to be fully checked before sending out aren’t they? Since I have sent the phone back the correspondence has declined. I have no had my money refunded 3months later! This was when I logged a complaint with PayPal. I would never recommend this company to anyone!”

“Very poor service told a hole lot of lies phone has been returned 3 times as cannot repair it they have now had it since 8th August and still nothing cannot contact as phone rings out Jodie has called twice and just bare faced lied to me so I am now taking legal action as they have now stolen my phone and taken my money. This company is a total joke DO NOT USE THEM full of promises and excuses AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I am still trying to get my new phone or money back they also haven’t responeded to my lawyer this is how great they are.”

“I would seriously think about purchasing or sending a phone for repair to this company. I'm still waiting for my son's phone to return from June 29th 2018. Constant delay tactics, 30 emails later no sign of the phone... More importantly having looked into Companies House it would appear the Bank have taken a charge [i.e a claim] over the assets of the company this is usually because the company has defaulted on the terms of a loan given by the Bank and they are now protecting their loan. It doesn’t look good and illustrates that the company is struggling although it may come through. I think it highly doubtful I will see my son's phone again... £189 loss.”

“ID176774 Placed a order was told 5-7 working days to process. It was processed on the 8th working day. Received the phone, turned it on and the screen was faulty. Emailed straight away sent the phone back next working day asking for a replacement. The company took 10-14 working days to PROCESS the return, then sent another phone out. Turned the second phone on, it worked for 4-5 mins , then the screen started to jump and have a wavey effect. Again this was a faulty phone. Straight away, I emailed quick mobile fix, sent the phone back the next day, to be told it will take 10-14 WORKING DAYS to process the refund. 15th working day goes by, and received no refund. THERE IS NOTHING QUICK ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!. Any TIME SCALE THAT IS GIVEN, THEY WILL ALWAYS WORK TILL THE VERY LAST DAY. WHY DOES IT TAKE 14 WORKING!!! DAYS TO PROCESS A REFUND ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE DEVICE? BUT IT TAKES 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS A ORDER? Placed the order start of July, and now it is the end of AUGUST! I haven't received a working device and still not received my money.”
