“QMF done a good job in providing a quality refurbished phone and I would recommend anyone to defiantly buy from here but does take a little while for phone to be dispatched FYI”

“I was impressed with the service. 2 iPhone 7s with small scratches on the back as accurately described by Quick Mobile Fix delivered within 24 hours. Only slight quibble (and I mean quibble) was that no leads included which wasn't made clear. Anyway kids love their phones now so thanks.”

“I was promised a delivery in 10 working days. I had to push hard to get my order ‘prioritised’ and then it arrived by about day 12 or 13. However, once it arrived I was very pleased with the item. One other part of your website described repairs (I think) within 24 to 48 hours. Then you read carefully and it says ‘working’ hours. Does that mean 3 to 6 working days = up to a week and a bit? Very misleading. I think your turnaround timings leave alot to be desired.”

“Absolutely brilliant product and delivery. The phone arrived within 3 days of ordering by tracked carrier and is in great cosmetic and working oreder. Added to this the product has a one year warranty where as our previous purchases from Giffgaff have had only three months. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Sent my phone in 13 August and i had to chase up on the status twice, i was told it takes up to 5 working days to process, It's been over 5 days and I am still yet to receive payment for my phone. I'll strongly advice anyone trading in their old phones to avoid this company, my partners phone was sorted and he received payment within 2 days from a different company! It's not worth the hassle.”

“ORDER 340DB7 Sent my phone off on 8th August and I am still waiting for the money to be transferred over! Never once answered phones and just lies after lies through emails. Shocking customer service will never use again!!!”
