“Refurbished phone went wrong within 3 weeks of delivery. Sent back for repair, QMF say never received. Post office definitely delivered it - was on tracked delivery. QMF never answer their phone, keep emailing but get no help - just will get back to you. have now contacted trading standards after 6 weeks of trying to resolve Would never use again - absolutely diabolical customer service - a completely useless company that has no ethics. DO NOT TRUST”

“My only quibble would be that on receiving the watch back it appears the stainless steel casing is badly scratched. I appreciate that there was some minor scratches on the watch before I sent it but it appears to be far worse? Also lots of excess glue left around the stainless steel casing which probably enhansed the appearance of the scratches. Apart from that replacement glass all looks good and watch is working.”

“The phone stopped working after 2 days. I couldn't communicate effectively with anyone either via phone or email. Took the phone to our local mobile shop and they had to replace the battery as the wrong one had been put into the phone.”

“4 weeks after cancelling my order they still refuse to refund me. Stay away everyone. Good honest companies would never do this. Phone number is pointless and they don’t appear to care.”

“Phone is in overall good conditions, as expected. Dispatch time on nearly 10 days longer than expected. Anti-scratches screen has been poorly installed (tilted, not centered and with dust grains stuck underneath)”

“Worst experience of buying a phone in my life ! Phone took a month longer to deliver than promised due to their "high standards" however once it arrived the phone would not charge I sent the phone back and got it 'fixed' only to find out they had done nothing to it and still had a broken phone.”

“Didn’t deliver on time for my grandsons birthday. Empty promises from them (when you can actually get through on the phone). Took over two weeks and three phone calls to get my refund. Don’t answer emails within timeframe as per their promise. Would never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Abysmal service.”

“3 months after purchasing my phone. Sent it back twice as it was faulty. Issue still not resolved. No answer to emails. No answer to calls. Avoid at all costs. For the same price you can buy from amazon and receive a better product the day after.”
