“iPhone 6 received within 8 days, seems very good so far, although a large mark on screen it was C grade and the mark is annoying but got used to it . Received an update after contacting which I was happy about. All being so far so good😀”

“I have ordered several phones from QFM over the years and haven’t had any problems. On this occasion however I was/am disappointed! I ordered a phone for my daughters birthday and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I was quite shocked at the packaging. Previously the phones I had ordered from QFM came in a little box, whereas this was just wrapped in bubble wrap. The worse thing about this order was that I had to end up sending the phone back as it was not working properly! Only giving a 3 star due to previous experience or it would be a 1.”

“TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!! They received my phone on 8th Aug, offered me my deal on 14th Aug yet did not receive payment until 29th Aug!! Ignored 10 emails I sent to them, tried calling office number at least 20 times with no one picking up. Shocking customer service!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“My phone took well over a week to arrive then didn't work it was stuck on a boot loop with a damaged battery I've still received no refund so no my experience hasn't been a pleasant one”

“I have rated Quick Mobile Fix 5 stars as I received the value quoted. My only very slight moan is that there were no correspondence until I was asked to provide a review and then found the money in my account. An e-mail to say that the phone had been received would have been appreciated but as everything went smoothly, feel 5 stars is appropriate.”

“Item not as described - red button on the side of a silver iPhone 7. I'd have made a different choice if I'd known. Delivery took more than 10 working days, meaning I was on holiday when it arrived, so it was left outside in the rain for 3 days (good job it was well packaged!).”

“Purchases 2 iphone 7’s. 1 broke within 9days. Trying to get in contact with you is impossible. I have emailed several times. I have Facebook messages several times and I can see you have read the message. And tried ringing everyday since but only managed to speak to someone for less then 3 minutes to which I have further questions. Very disappointed with the level of customer service so far.”

“After 10 working days and still no phone I had to email them to chase it up. Turns out they didn't have it in the colour I ordered. If they'd mentioned this before I would have been happy to have another colour and it be delivered earlier. Good price but too long to wait. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the quick delivery after I had rearranged another colour”

“I bought a phone last month, waited the full amount of time only for the phone to arrive and keep switching off. Contacted QMF and got some advise on things I had already tried. Sent it back, took nearly two weeks with no response. I eventually contacted them and the phone was apparently fixed and I was getting it posted. It arrived the next day and the phone switched off 2 out of my first three calls. I personally would NOT recommend getting a phone from this company. I have now contacted them to get my money returned but have had no response and the phone rings out. Just be aware you may have issues”
