“Having received a faulty device (iphone 5s) I have been told I am not eligbale for a refund!? The device is FAULTY. Under basic consumer rights, having returned the goods I am entitled to a FULL REFUND.”

“The phone that arrived was “reconditioned”. The battery life is hopeless and makes the phone virtually unusable. It took over 3 hours on hold to try and speak to someone. Still none the wiser.”

“The purchased mobile was sent out for delivery more or less in the promised time frame but their chosen courier, UPS, declined to deliver. I was forced to repeatedly visit their 'drop off point' waiting for the driver to drop it off”

“Avoid this company. Their wording of their next day delivery is absolutely disgraceful, it’s next day (within 7 working days) so 9 DAYS! before you get your items. I cancelled, they then said 14 working days (so 19 days) to process a refund? Which will be done within 48 hours? Absolute shambles”

“The dispatch took well over 7 working days. As no information appeared on the tracking system, we contacted Quick Mobile Fix, who then got the mobile dispatched and sent within a couple of days. It is a shame that we had to chase.”

“Avoid buying anything from this website. I bought an iPhone x and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I bought it in advance to take it on holiday but it came too late. I called them so many times and only managed to get through to them once after waiting on the line for 2 hours being the 26th person. They purposely make you wait so you don’t call them with issues. The warranty is also a lie as they don’t respond back to your emails. And if you want to call them be prepared to wait on the line for 2-3 hours each time and sometimes they will just hang up on you... WORST internet retailer i’ve ever dealt with.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After paying a lot of money for a 'new iPhone', they sent a phone with a yellow screen that barely worked (which also came very late in the post). It's clearly not made using actual Apple parts, unlike how it was described. Was told it's too late to send it back because it's been longer than their return period, EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE ARRIVED SO LATE IN THE POST, IT WAS PAST THE RETURN PERIOD BEFORE IT ARRIVED. it's now almost a year later, they're still taking incredibly long to reply, and refusing to accept a return and give a refund. Been talking to trading standards who haven't helped either.”

“Very poor customer service. Had to message back and forth for delivery which took over 3 weeks and took ages to get replies for the emails sent. Would not recommend to anyone. Have ordered of other websites and received delivery within two days. Very disappointed. Rang customer service twice and was waiting for delivery ver an hour in queue.”

“Ordered a phone which needed asap didn't say what delivery was i was expecting next day like usually you get with phones NO 10 days, so decided to cancel straight away. I spoke to a argumentative man who didn't want to help after arguing i got a refund processed on the 3rd August, now 25th and still waiting for money to go back in the bank. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”
