“Very poor. Device speaker broken within 6 months......apparently not covered under warranty????? Over £200 to fix after paying over £600 for two pristine condition phones only 6 months earlier. Will NEVER use again!”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!! This is a absolute joke of a business and i will be contacting trading standards and taking legal action against them. Ordered a new device 21st july , advised up to 14 working days before tracking info sent to me. we are now o the 14th working day with nothing.Waited 14 days for nothing and to be charged for something i dont have. Be warned but like all the other reviews there is nothing positive to say at all.SCAM FRAUD DISSAPOINTING”

“Poor quality service! The iPhone 6s I bought was supposed to be in pristine condition but the battery were poor quality. Sent an email complaining to support but did not receive any reply. Not to be trusted!”

“Over 1 month later I am still to receive my refund. Clearly this company is scamming people and just taking your money. They owe me almost 500 pounds, I do not get any straight answers and my refund was supposed to have been processed on the 21st of July, but on that day they said it would be done on the 23rd and then changed it to the 1qth of September, but then changed it to the 28th of August. But of course on the 28th of August my refund has not gone through and I have informed my bank of the fraud and should have my money back in 7days. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!”

“Ordered £200 phone. Paid then waited over 2 weeks. Nothing. Got fobbed off with excuses and told to wait. Eventually a month later still no phone. Asked for refund and now they are refusing to refund me.their whole business is a scam. Going to try and get money back via credit card and call police”

“Terrible delivery time and customer service, when I complained that my phone had not been delivered by the already excessive two week delivery time they said that they would give a delivery date by the later half of that week, so it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Very disappointing service overall.”

“I purchased an iPhone 8S for my daughter and it does not have FaceTime app the advert failed to state this on purchase. I later filled out a review which promised free accessories set, this did not arrive either. At first I thought they were good then I realised they are deceptive so be careful check all the details before purchasing”
