“Have used before with no problem, paid extra for their packaging for repair, phone sent off, returned 2 weeks later by the post office "addressee gone away2”

“never trust them never trust them, I have tried to get my refund but they don't want to give to me first time I got email from them said you will get your refund up to 30 days now i am waiting over 37 days i have tried to call and send to them many emails then they respond to me you will get your refund after 40 days more, the phone i bought looks fake with not original parts and working very slowly, Don't lose your money with them.”

“I’ve bought two iPhone 6S’s from QMF. The first was straight forward and no problems. The second was a very frustrating experience - we ordered a 6S with Rose Gold case. When the phone arrived it did not have the requested case. I raised the problem with QMF and requested a refund of £10 - being the difference in price between the phone ordered and phone received. I was offered a voucher for £10, which I rejected, suggested a £10 refund and then realising QMF had Rose Gold cases for sale at £10 suggested a case would be OK. This was agreed, but no case arrived. Following various emails and calls to QMF, usual waits of over half an hour I was told there were no Rose Gold cases in stock, although they were advertised on the QMF Web page. Finally I was offered £5 voucher, the request for feedback has reminded me to raise my case with Ombudsman”

“Hi Purchased a phone over a month ago, unfortunately had to return immediately as it was faulty! Still waiting on repaired or replacement phone! Takes at least 40 mins to get through by phone to customer service team! Disappointing”

“Sent email after 10 days asking how things were going with phone and received a rude email back saying all there time was not up yet so hang on and i would receive email when the phone had been sent out,will never use again and i tell every one about it.”

“When I first got the phone it looked pristine condition so I left a review stating that. But I did not use it until I bought a tempered screen protector. When putting on the screen protector I noticed a small chunk out of the casing which I can now see every time I use my phone.”

“The iphone I bought from this company in September for over £800 only lasted three months before it developed the classic iphone X green lines on the screen. I sent it back and they want £300 to repair it. I have paid the money, but I still have not received the repaired phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMSTERS.”

“I have bought two handsets within the past twelve months and the service and customer information has been poor on both occasions. Both were delivered late; that is beyond their stated delivery period. One excessively (6 working weeks) the other in 3 weeks. With no voluntary information forthcoming each time I had to chase, and chase again. Customer service is poor. The product is good.”
