“I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus on the 9th of February and didn’t get it until the 27th ! I was getting very impatient and I would not recommend due to the service but the quality of the phone I got is expected.”

“ID219395 DON'T BUY After delayed delivery phone arrived with aux damaged ie speakers & charging port, was advised by office staff could be at least 30 working days for refund ( if you get it) emailed mgr generic response asking me to send phone back to fix ( if you get it back & you could have to wait at least 5 working days without a phone ) unacceptable this was supposed to be my daughters present.asked for correct working phone to be sent out, then I would send old one back, no response after emailing customer support for mgr attention, No Customer Service, no offer of compensation etc, will be contacting my solicitor & trading standards if I don't get a satisfactory response from a manager soon.”

“It took ages and has scuffs it had a cracked screen but still worked had to get it fixed myself the 1 year warranty is fake”

“Very poor service. Ordered phone was told takes 7 days to pick and despatch. Said ok will pay more for better phone. Did but again 7 days to pick whilst others offer next day. 3.5 weeks later you still have not refunded my credit card for both transactions despite emailing you 10+ times. Service is v poor”
