Bought I phone for my granddaughter. Faulty straight away. Sent it back straight away on 14th February asked for refund, Now informed I will not get one until 3rd May!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are con artists. Doubt if I will ever get my money back. Believe the bad reports not the good ones. Absolute disgrace. My order was number 16025. as proof of purchase. Star rating should be minus 10 !

Phone was sent 9 days after order despite being assured it was being sent after 4 days, 5 days and by 7 days then end of second week. The phone was as described. There was a quick response to very e mail enquiry but the promised delivery failed to be executed.

The IPad mini I bought was as described, in excellent condition. The turnaround was a little slower than I anticipated, over 10 working days and the communication could do with improvements. But overall I’m very satisfied with the product and will use them again.

2nd time I"ve used the company to repair my IPad 4, 1st Class Service & once they received it a quick turnaround. Free P&P, but unable to track with Collect+, nearly 7 days to deliver to them, quicker return by UPS!. Will definitely use again, unbeatable price for my repairs.

Simple process, no where near as quick as other suppliers. Email replies came across as a bit shirty. Would use again thou now I know what to expect

Awful service - nothing quick about it. 5 weeks for a repair and the phone was returned without notice or the issue fixed. Purchased Samsung S7 Edge because of their 12 month warranty but they do whatever they can to get out of it. They tried to charge more for a repair than the value of the phone. Less than a star - no customer care.

I placed order on 18th January evening and cancelled on 19th January morning it was not even dispatched. I was told refund policy is 30 days when I chased refund it’s been around 2 months now but I still haven’t received my money back . STILL NO REFUND
