When it works it works. When it doesnt it doesnt. I've ordered 4 phones over the last 3 years which have all arrived on time quickly and worked. ordered one in Nov that arrived so late i had ordered another and then cancelled the order as the 1st one then arrived. Getting refunded has been painful and last email said I should get refund late March.

Sadly, my phone did not work correctly when I got it. The battery level indicator showed no charge at times even after being charged for 4 Hours or more. The phone then began to shut down after one minute of use, cutting off any calls I was in the middle of. Even after restarting the phone and entering my pass code, the phone would again shut down . I went the phone back to QMF and after a week of so they offered me another phone. I had already bought one so I asked for a refund. They got back to me to say a member of their customs service team would get back to me within 24 hours, five they never did and still no refund. I contacted them again after a further 8 weeks of so. They tell me my refund will take another 6 to 8 weeks. WHAT? K Really poor service, really poor product in my experience. I don't like giving poor reviews but in this case I think QMF need to be shaken up a bit if they are to stay in business.

Second time I’ve ordered a phone.it cane quick but before I even got to use it there were problems it’s had to be sent back for an exchange.to speak to someone on the phone it gets sorted very quickly but to email it the customer service isn’t great.just phone and it will be dealt with promptly.

I ordered my phone and it arrived two days later. Condition was stated as good but it was better than expected, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

got a iPhone 8 plus for Christmas everything was fine and really enjoyed using the phone then late January it wouldn't turn on, rang up and they said to send it in so i did on the 22nd of January an its now 20th march and I still haven't got my phone back, during this time I was told multiple times that my phone would be fixed and returned in the next 1-3 days however I still haven't received it, they then told me a months and a half after receiving the phone that they were actually unable to fix it and were sending me a new one even though I was told that it was already fixed and on its way back. the staff were also very little help as multiple times I would just get the same automated email reply!!!!

Delivery was longer than stated, however when contacted i received replies both times and quickly. The phone was in mint condition, no marks, scuffs or scratches, however the battery health/life is poor 64% think it should be more than that for the amount you pay for a refurbished phone.

The refurbished iPhone that I paid £249.99 for never arrived. I kept being fobbed off so in the end I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I am now fighting tooth and nail for MY money to be returned to me. I wish I had searched about the company on social media before I purchased asit appears this is common practice for this company. Avoid at all costs

I had been looking into purchasing a refurbished iPhone X for around 6 months. After lots of time researching online I found Quick Mobile Fix to have the model and spec I wanted for the best price. I ordered a pristine condition, unlocked, 256gb iPhone X. The phone arrived today and as described it really is in pristine condition, it came with a screen protector, lighting cable and sim removal tool, I popped it in a case and got it set up straight away. I am extremely pleased with the phone, it’s as good as new. When placing the order it stated that it could take 7 - 10 working days for the order to be processed, it was dispatched on the 9th working day, nothing wrong with that as I knew it could take 7 - 10 working days. Once dispatched it arrived the next day, which is superb considering I live in the Orkney Isles. I have to say that the service that I got was fab. I would recommend Quick Mobile Fix to anyone, the saving on a “like new” phone is superb!
