“Service was good but was disappointed with price I was quoted for my device. It was a good condition and I had been previously quoted a higher price before I posted it. I just went with the renewed quote as I didn't want the fuss of having to post it onto someone else.”

“Abysmal service, please don't buy from them I am thorougly appalled at the level of service I have recieved from this company. I initially ordered an iPad from them, as I thought they were a legitimate company and that it was a good deal. Next thing I know, I recieve an email with my order number, saying that it will take a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. This was not made clear to me before the purchase. I Googled the company and read the reviews, including some written by people who said that even after their 10th working day the order was delayed due to "quality checks"! Concerned, I tried to call the company but their line was always busy. I emailed them asking why they did not make it clear that the dispatch was such a lengthy process and got a generic "it's in our terms and conditions" response. Basically saying "we're right, you're wrong and never mind your concerns". I can't be expected to know every detail in their small print. In fact, the FAQ says that orders are usually dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, so it's as though they deliberately mislead us. It is the 10th working day and I have heard nothing about my order. I told them that I would need an immediate refund if there were further delays, as I urgently need an iPad and will have to order from elsewhere. They seem to be dancing around it, and I can see them taking over a month to refund me as they have done to other according to the reviews.”

“If I could put no stars I would! I sent them two mobile phones, I used there labels but paid for special delivery at post office for added security. These were signed for by Royal Mail but they claim not to have received them. They were both wrapped in bubble wrap with relevant paperwork attached to each. I am taking further action.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When you try to call constantly engaged and when you do get through they try to make out they are a professional company by having recorded message ' your call is important please hold' I did hold for one hour and no one answered!”

“Really happy with the service provided by quick mobile fix and have had no issues with the phone - works well. The company delivering the phone however caused some problems; saying they had attempted delivery when this was not the case so I had to wait at home a second day for the parcel to arrive. Quick Mobile Fix were apologetic and easy to get on phone when I needed an explanation of delay however.”

“So at the minute I have 9 people all saying you are scam artist and all 9 people have signed my police report form accepting to plea against you in a court of law. For the charges of thef, Internet fraud, and false advertising equating to what they say can be upto a 5 year prison sentence depending on the amount of people you have stolen from. I am sickened by this and I'm glad the police are investigating my case. Please sort your lives out, give me my money or I'll continue with the police. I am 2 more days away from paying for a lawyer to make things a lot worse for you. This is not a threat just a heads up that you are scamming a lot of people and you have to answer for your crimes.”

“All good during the purchasing process on the web but was surprised to see 'may take 10 days' on the payment confirmation. Unable to get through on the phone. Did however get an email reply confirming the 10 days then 'expedited delivery'. Packaging a bit amateur. Phone perfect - thanks.”

“This is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review about a company. I regularly shop online, pay my bills and have dealt with many great companies. This is most certainly not one of them! I recently ordered a phone from this Quick Mobile Fix. I was quoted up to 7 days for delivery. By day 10. Nothing. I asked for a refund. They said allow 10-14 working days for the refund to appear. I cancelled the morning of 11/7/18. Confirmed by that afternoon.It's now 3rd August. I make that 18 days. No answer from the office phones! No refund! I was promised it would be in my account by the end of the working day yesterday (2nd Aug) Surprise surprise. Nothing! Wheres my money????”

“It's funny how any negative reviews are not by a verified buyer eh!?...I suspect this will now just to throw everyone off.. If I can advise one thing it would be to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They have not once confirmed that my phone arrived with a broken screen- surprising very surprising. They have offered me £20 for my phone which most definitely did not arrive with a broken screen as I packaged it so well. I will be taking them to the small claims court if I receive my phone back with a cracked screen (I have evidence that it was not sent like this) or I do not receive the full amount as quoted. Disgusting cowboy company- You should be ashamed of yourselves”
